I got a message from them stating I have won an iphone and that all I jad to do was pay a shipping fee, little did I know it was a scam. They debited my account with +-R500 and now in Jan a subscription fee of R243. It's so funny that I cannot login to their account to cancel my subscription. Please remove this unlawful company from the business market, as they are clearly scamming innocent/ignorant or naive individuals. Imagine how much whoever that is behind this is making from poor people and I cannot cancel the order as it's not registered as a debit order with my bank. Thanks
I am appalled by the lack of response to my emails and calls by the Client Services department. My account was debited by 7k on 25 Nov, after I had canceled my contract with Debt Busters in October. Only to find that it was never canceled even when I received confirmation via email that is it canceled from Ziphozihle Mgolozelwa. I logged a ticket only to receive a refund on 10 December of 4k which was 3k less than the initial 7k debited. I finally received confirmation that my contract is canceled but still don't have my 3k back, lack of response from their client service consultants. They are so quick to call when they want new business but ignore us when we want our money back, worst experience ever!
I am very disappointed with the accounts department at Sparks, their service is very appalling and their staff has no care whatsover. Firstly you call them and hold the line for +-5 minutes (on every call made), then they don't follow the correct process in trying to obtain information regarding your query. I mistakenly paid the school an amount of R6 700 on 11 October and requested a refund, which they informed me would take 14 working days. They refunded me R550 on 06 November 2019, when I called to find out why they I was informed that they had billed me for 2020. However my child no longer attends their school and hasn't been for 2019, I was informed they would rectify their error urgently and refund me. Today I contacted them again and spoke to Tebogo, who informed me I will only be refunded in 14 days again AT THIS STAGE I WAS VERY LIVID. I told her their service is uncceptable and that I will report them to Hello Peter for bad service, she calmly said "okay". I asked to speak to the manager (who conviniently went into a meeting, but she was communication with her in regards to my refund). The manager Tashi Nadas, was meant to get back to me after her meeting, but she never did. I am still waiting for feedback and still being told, I will only be compensated next week. I am appalled that they are telling me this, but when you owe them they are quick to call you. I would NEVER recommend any parent to enrol their child at this school, your service is unprofessional and DISAPPOINTING!

I was contacted by The Debt Experts in September 2014. I filled in the forms sent them back and 1 month down the line I started receiving calls from my creditors who advised they had not received any communication from the company. I then realized that I did not need them and asked telephonically to cancel the whole contract and this was not actioned. I then sent an e-mail after realising they still had me on their books in March 2015 but I did not get any response from them. I started paying my own debts and have managed to most of them and only have two loans remaining under my name.

I tried to apply for a credit card a month ago and was informed by FNB that my name is still under debt review, this was a shock to me. I then contacted TDE and asked them was my cancellation request was never honoured and I was told that because I was already registered with the NCR. I called the NCR with 2 consultants advising me that they received an application for the company however the matter was not finalised and that I should not be registered as under debt review and my name should be unflagged from TDE books.

I have been communicating with them namely admin assistant Marina Ranson and the debt counsellor Bernice Koekemoer since the beginning of September trying to get some assistance but they keep telling me they cannot find the paperwork I signed and they are still investigating the matter. They have left a sour taste in my mouth and bad name on my credit as I cannot apply for a mortgage/car or financial assistance.
