On 29 December 2020, I ordered online Poly Gel Nail Kid, for an amount of R243.40, from Reversus from an Facebook advert, which I discovered they placed the wrong order, after querying same, I was informed that I ordered only the Gel, which of course I denied, when I made the order, I made a screenshot of the order (picture), who will purchase only the gel for R243.40 only, when I could order only the poly gel at Wish for R35.00. After several e-mails, I was still denied an refund. Nevertheless, the gel was send to me, but to date hereof I have not received any products from Reversus, the item is still at the SA Airport, since the 24th of January 2021. I also referred same to PayPal, which they also closed the case, as Reversus never replyed to any of my further e-mails. I am also disappointed in PayPal, after advising them that they could not close the case, as I have not received any response from Reversus, they did and they also advertised that they would assist the public if they were having problems with their order and arrange for a refund. Now I can't even find Reversus on Facebook, so I am warning ladies to be careful of fraudsters like Reversus. I will post this also only all social Media Platforms. Thank you
DISPUTE - CASWIZARD - 99BEAUTY DEALS SAMSUNG S10 - SELLING FOR R25.00 I would like to make the public aware of 99Beauty Deals and Caswizard. · I responded to an advert, via Facebook’s Market Place, wherein it was advertised that a Samsung Galaxy S10 can be purchased for R25.00 (Twenty Five Rand); · I selected the option “Claim your Samsung Galaxy S10”, immediately an option was provided to pay for the cellphone through “Cashwizard”; · Once I made the payment, I received an SMS from Bank, confirming that R437.00 (Four Hundred and Thirty Seven Rand) was debited on my account and not R25.00 (Twenty Five Rand); · Once the payment was made, I receive the terms and conditions from Cashwizard, informing me that 24 EUROS will charged as an monthly fee, WHICH does not appear when you make the transaction, only a mention of 12 EUROS; · I immediately selected the link option given on the SMS via my Bank with regard to Cashwizard, once you select same it gives you an obtain to cancel, several attempts was made to cancel, which it did not allow me to do and a message popped up stating “Caswizard.net says, Cancellation requested failed. Please contact support!”, which I did, but e-mails was returned, web address unknown; · I once again immediately used the e-mail addresses provided by Cashwizard and 99Beauty Deals; · They acknowledged same and confirmation was received by an Eric at 99Beauty Deals, that it will be cancelled and no further funds will be charged and sorry to see you leave, but nothing was mentioned of the refund. Several e-mails was send, he replied once again, acknowledging the e-mail and “sorry to see you leave”, as per his previous e-mail. · Eric from 99Beauty Deals, replied to the Second last e-mail, requesting my details and the last 4 (four) digits of my credit card, then he replied once the info was given to him, “sorry to see you leave” ☺ what a joke; · I replied to his e-mail, requesting him to advise when I will receive me refund. To date hereof I have not heard anything from Eric. · The e-mail addresses to and from Cashwizard (especially Cashwizart) and 99Beauty Deals, is the same, namely “support@abakusmedia.co.uk” and returns to sender. To all Facebook users and the Public, be aware of 99Beauty Deals and Cashwizard, they are fraudsters, I had to cancel my Credit Card, which is a further charge to my account.
LATE AW BUNCE - MEMBER NO: 101541217 The above refers. The My brother Alfred William Bunce pass away on the 7th of August 2019 at Mulbarton Hospital. He had an medical aid at Topmed since ± 2014, which was on his name, which he paid. In 2015 he was retrenched after have a motor vehicle accident. My mother Mrs MJ Bunce only paid the monthly installment, to enable him still to make use of his medical aid. My brother under went several surgeries on his right arm. Then Fedhealth took over Topmed. My mother informed Fedhealth of my brothers death and that debit order/s should be cancelled and an death certificate was also supplied and my brother's estate is insolvent and she was informed that they will cancel the debit orders. To our surprise, every month an debit order went off on my mother's account, after his death. My mother has been receiving sms's and e-mails addressed to him " Dear Late Mr AW BUNCE", informing him that his debit order had been reversed. What a joke! My mom contacted your offices and once again informed yourselves about my brother death and how can he reply to your e-mails, and if he is deceased. She did receive an apology letter for the e-mail. Once again an debit order went off, what to do now. So now I will post the above on Hello Peter, my mom did not sign any indemnity or agreement to pay outstanding accounts or pay outstanding savings used on his medical aid. How do you train your staff to handle this tipe of situations. This past months has been emotionally for my mother and myself. So please put your staff under the better training and CANCEL the debit order, but, I will still post this on Hello Peter, as people out there must be made aware of your negligence, so that the same must not happen to them. <p>My under age child registered on instagram. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then registered myself on instagram to enable me to delete or report my daughter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Which is impossible to do, I can't delete my account nor my child's account as it gives me a error message stating that my password is incorrect and I can not delete my child's account as I do not have the password. </p> <p> </p> <p>I personally feel that that it is to easy to register on instagram. <p>As from the 26/11/16, I am trying to get my Mom's Telkom line to be in service /on. The phone worked for 2 different days, after reporting the fault. On the 23/11/16, I was informed by a call center member that an technician was assigned to go out on the 31/12/16. I complain about it, was advised previously as well that an manager will contact me, to date hereof he/she failed to contact me. The 23rd, 2 men turned up at my mom's house, did not identify themselves, looked at the phone, said that it was dead and that they will go to the main box. We went to the box, they were not in sight. My mom is a pensioner, my brother living with her, this is unacceptable. Today, I was told it will be looked into and get back to me, I informed them that I intend to claim for cellphone calls, reconnection fee if the phone has been cut off, as it is an pre-paid. I hope that someone will react to this complaint. Telkom should be one of the top Companies, but my personal opinion, they are slack and unprofessional. I will post this on there website as well</p>
