I FULLY AM NOT HAPPY WITH FEDHEALTH CHARGE SO MUCH AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU ANY BENEFITS AT ALL. ALL I DO IS PAY AND PAY FOR A HOSPITAL PLAN AND I HAVENT NEEDED TO BE ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL . WORST MEDICAL SCHEME AROUND. THEY ARE PATHETIC

I wish I can give them zero, I'm a direct payer and been with medical aid since 2020, I then joined Fedhealth last year November, I gave them membership certificates to prove that I was a member without a break, now everytime if I or one of my kids is sick, they always refuse with authorization, I don't know what else do we need to do, I first joined Flexifed savy, then I was told it a PMB cover, I changed to MyFed, they said MyFed is not PMB cover, now if I'm sick they always say MyFed is a PMB cover. I'm suffering now with Asthma and Fedhealth is refusing with authorization, although we have done with 3 months waiting period. Even Jeremy their principal officer is relaxed, I wrote to him more than 8 times, but he doesn't care and he doesn't respond to my grievances. I'm regretting joining Fedhealth, they're toying with our lives.

i received auth nr for myself that i was in hospital. My medical aid is for any hospital. But everything went of my vault savings which is now depleted. Anything else that i need my medical for i cant use. I pay R7000 a month on a medical that is useless. because the people that handle my medical aid is useless

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to cancel my Fedhealth medical aid. Even after following the proper steps, they refused to terminate my membership and insisted on a three‑month notice period simply because I’m on a group scheme. It makes no sense — when you leave an actual job, you only give one month’s notice, yet Fedhealth expects three times that just to cancel a medical aid. In over 20 years of being on medical aids, I have never experienced anything like this. On top of that, I would get notices saying my cover had been terminated for “non‑payment,” even though they were deducting from my salary every month. The whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. A colleague even warned me beforehand, and I regret not listening.

so i didn’t realise that a payment failed and when i checked on wha the new amount was i late with a payment so paid the amount in full. they have now terminated my membership and told me to re-join after 25plus years as they declined my motivation.

I have been having issues with their accounts team and have been asking to speak to a manager for almost 3 weeks now they have no idea how to handle complaints and queries. Their phone lines are terrible 😔

I phoned them to confirm what must be done to activate D2D benefits, told me I can go to my own doctor, now I am struggling to get claim authorized and the full amount paid, it is already more than a month.

Absolutely shocking service from Fedhealth. I don't know why they call themselves a medical aid cause you can never get the service you pay for. I have been trying to get hospital authorisation for 4 days already. I will most likely be dead by the time someone answers a phone or assists me. 50 calls later, whatsapp chat used, and their stupid AI and live chat used. App doesnt work. NO RESPONSE. I am absolutely disgusted! If you're considering them, rather stay away! I know I will be leaving them very soon.
