Watch out for Properlet. They do not refund deposits, even after they reviewed the property I rented and everything was deemed to be in order. Two months later and zero response from them.
I cancelled my contract with them and returned their rooter. They even signed for it. Yet, one month later they billed me for it and deducted another R999.00 from my bank account, even though I sent them enough proof that the rooter was returned in good order to them. Their Whatsapp just closes after a while, they refuse to refund and they keep on asking for additional proof even though it was sent to them via their Whatsapp and e-mail address.
Virtually impossible to get hold of. Only get robot advice and do not listen to instructions. Service is shocking
I have a Renault Koleos 2019 model with 33 000km om the odometer. A service light went on on 06 November 2020 and immediately took it to Renault Bloemfontein. They booked it in and informed me that the gasket isn't working properly. Later on they informed me that they needed new parts and that I had to just wait. At the end of December the parts were received... they they informed me that they did not order all the parts... again I just had to wait... then they informed me that the gearbox is suddenly leaking oil... and I just had to wait... then they ordered the incorrect oil... and told me I just had to wait.. Today it is 02 February 2021 and I still do not have my car... and Renault Bloemfontein comes with excuses after excuses as why the car is not ready. I question the products reliability, and the staffs professionalism... Renaults website contact details on their website is outdated and they honestly don't care about after service. Shocking product and service
Having given notice to close my account..... RSAWeb insisted that I pay an additional month as I gave notice on the 4th day of the month and it was not acceptable to them. I then paid for the month of November (which was supposed to be my notice month) and for the full month of December. On the 1st of February- nearly 3 months after I initially gave notice- and having accepted that my account was closed..... RSAWeb suddenly started to deduct premiums from my account again. They had no authority to automatically just deduct money from my account.
