I want to warn anyone considering taking their vehicle to A Plus testing station to be mindful of the conduct of one of their managers or owners. I am mindful of all the positive reviews, but that was not my experience.
I have a dispute as to how my roadworthy test was done. I went to A Plus testing station to serve court papers on them. The owner or manager started swearing and hurling insults at me for serving court papers on them in front of a witness I brought along.
Now every citizen has a constitutional right to the courts. If the gentleman who the papers were served on believes that I do not have grounds to take the matter to court, he has the right to dispute my claim in court just I have a right to institute proceedings if I feel I have a claim against them. No one forced the gentleman to sign the document and when he told me he will not sign the document I said it's fine as that was the whole reason why I brought a witness along to sign the document in the event he did not wish to sign the document as that is his right.
But to hurl insults and swear is not something that any business has the right to treat customers that way. I respect their right to dispute my claim and they will have an opportunity in court to do so, but they have no right to get angry and start swearing and shouting at customers. There is a platform for them to make their case and refute my allegations if they not happy with my claim in court.
