I sent FNB share investing an email last Thursday and to date I have received no response.
I'm so upset right now. I called into the MiWay call centre almost an hour ago. The service provider who they sent did not have network and did not get an order to assist with a flat battery!! I called in 15 minutes ago and was assurored that they will resolve this in 10-15 minutes. I'm still waiting and I will be canceling my insurance with Miway as a result of this. I need to be somewhere urgently like now!!
Dear Fnb, You guys really need to fix your payment collections on the asap app. You received a payment in full, but some of the items were out of stock, meaning I am due a refund from the total amount paid. You cant market a partnership and not cover all the basics around issues such as when items are out of stock.
FNB shareinvesting really does not know what they are doing. I have been asking for a letter of representation to attend a company agm and have been given stories that they are waiting on their custodians for this letter. I was told I will receive feedback on the 17th which is just days before the agm. Really these sort of things need to be handled more efficiently. I am still waiting on feedback that was promised to me today, over a week ago!!
I am very dissapointed with FNB share investing. I sent an email to their support team requesting a letter of representation to attend a company agm. I received a reply who had copied in another team to request assistance and no email since them. This was a week ago. The department who received this request has not bothered to action the request.
To whom it may concern, I keep deleting payments made from my FNB APP only for it to show up again. This is a ***** risk which banks are very slow to reimburse and most of the times dont reimberse clients at all. Please fix your app.
To whom it may concern, I purchased two shares from a company as the shares at such a company is quite expensive. I want to buy more shares on a monthly basis, however I have recieved no share certificate or any registration of such shares and as such I will not buy any more shares from that platform and rather use a company that will provide such documents.
Please do not be fooled when you see media reports of the information regulator taking action against companies, persons and other state organizations. Its a PR stunt. The actual workings of the information regulator is not what you see. If you an ordinary citizen dont expect to get justice from them. There is something very strange going on with a matter that was reported to their offices. The information regulator on or before the 31st of January 2025 had already determined that the responsible parties in my complaint had breached the POPI Act and had failed to report this breach to myself and their offices when they became aware of this breach in 2024. They are still dragging my matter out coming up with all sorts of excuses and to date no action has been taken by their offices. They informed me in written communication in February this year that their investigation report will be completed in 90 days in which today is the 90 th day and they still have not concluded on their report. They previously asked for more time with no satisfactory explanation as to why they need more time when it was already determined on or before the 31st of January 2025 that the responsible parties were guilty of the trangressions. Two external escalations to their offices requesting them to justify why they need more time went on deaf ears. I even went as far as allowing them an opportunity to explain why they will not have completed their investigation report within the 90 days with no response at all, although there wad acknowledgements of my escalations. They are duty bound in accordance with common law principles, Section 40 of POPI act 2013 and section 76 (2) of the POPI act to have concluded this matter within a time period which is reasonably practical. They have shown no cause as to why it was not reasonably practical to conclude their investigation report in those 90 days and are just simply not responding and doing whatever they please. I now have to approach the High Court to seek an order to compel them to complete their duties. What is painful is that most people dont have the funds to afford the High Court. I am a bit lucky as I have had quite abit of experience loding court applications by myself and learnt alot when working with a previous trade union, however most other people have to just sit back and let this happen. They are really doing an injustice to the ordainairy citizen in favor of big corporations. I however will not let this go away.
Dear, FNB. I took out a personal loan with you guys years ago. The balance was around 31 k. My balance now is around 9k. Why am I still been charged +-R103 pm for the credit life protection? If there is a claim will the full 31 K pay out. I need answers!!
I went to Telkom in Cresta last week to apply for a month to month wi fi deal. The lady who assisted me, seemed uninterested, however nevertheless she assisted me with an application. I app**** for the month to month wi fi deal and the start date was yesterday. I was told that I would be called by someone who would give me all the details I need to set up with the wi fi. To date I cannot pick up the wi fi address at the property and no one has called me. Please cancel my application and send me confirmation that this was done as clearly you guys are not serious about this.
