Franzelle false reviewer

Since we saw the false review of Franzelle Geldenhuys Judeel we thought we should ass our side to the story.

She is a know person to complain about everything as she refused to return the product, she happily accepted the product after saying we are *****'s just because we couldn't answer our phones due to a double shift of loadshedding.

She lies about this review as we were told to rather make the cake by the amount of people the extras she is complaining about here on was not paid for and was extras. Please go look at on all her reviews on social media. She is not to be trusted at all. She blocks you wherever she goes. She does this to try her luck. Nothing about this order was wrong. When we asked to return she refused? Why.

We are can't understand this app not asking the other party for their side of the stories first allowing this.
