Andries van der walt attorneys still waiting for a paid up letter to fix what the have done at Capitec Bank

In 09 October 2011 Capitec Bank hand over my account to Andries van der walt attorneys and i paid the personal loan infull with them deducting R1500 monthly then the stopped and i called them they said it was my last payment

In 2020 i app**** for a personal loan at Capitec Bank but i was declined and told i never paid the personal loan infull with andries van der walt attorneys i was shocked because those attorneys said i fully paid the loan and they will send me a paid up letter till today 2025 zero paid up letter

Its a bit shocking that they deducted R1500 monthly but the could do so for R175.45 and how that R174:45 was not deducted with my last instalments and i bank with capitec bank the could have take that amount

Capitec Bank did a prescribed debt for that small amount which i 100% think it was never because why it was never deducted and why i never got a paid up letter those attorneys said the where going to send it after not deducting anymore

Can andries van der walt attorneys and Capitec Bank fix this matter as capitec bank also refuses to send me statements for those payments to take to my attorneys because this is completely wrong
