Remove my name from my ex wifes bond
Bond acc: 8004723457501 Name: Luzuko Mvetye Phone no: 0635143742 Could Nedbank home loans please remove my name on my wife's bond as I have nothing to do with house and I married her why she already had that property and even after it got auctioned I tried assisting the bank in get a buyer that was willing to buy the house forR800000 but they declined her offer and sold the house for R430000 which the same buyer bought that house less than R370000 on the auction Now the bank wants to cover arrears when they where the one declining a good offer from the same buyer that bought the house lesser on auction so now whos fault is Can they removed my name since I was not the one who bought the property or even registered on the title deed of that property Can I be assisted as I have also divorce my wife so I don't know why I am part of her loan even after the divorce

Bayport increased my Monthly service fee and Insurance to more than the one that was on our contract that I signed when I took the loan
Agreement Ref no: 1863426008 Client no: 1863426 Good morning Please find the attachments Please can Bayport financial services fix the mistakes in calculations of the settlement letter as the is a big difference from the Bayport contract and Settlement letter specially on 1) monthly insurance R283.23 not R566.46 2) monthly service fee: R69.00 not R82.35 Then we go on to interest R1140.12 Money that goes to the loan is R1075.42 multiply by 4 months R4301.64 Please go through both the contract and your settlement agreement below and do a good and better job on calculating the settlement amount which should be R51,198.57 and even less than that due to early settlement Don't make me take this to the ombudsman for banks for something that we know it's clear and no excuses your money for this month is already deducted on my payslip I have emailed and call Bayport never got help from their consultant Dimakatso Lebona and Kutso Maboye Regards Ms Msutu

Capitec bank and Andries van der walt attorneys completely prescribed my debt *****ulently
In 09 October 2011 Capitec Bank hand over my account to Andries van der walt attorneys and i paid the personal loan infull with them deducting R1500 monthly then the stopped and i called them they said it was my last payment In 2020 i app**** for a personal loan at Capitec Bank but i was declined and told i never paid the personal loan infull with andries van der walt attorneys i was shocked because those attorneys said i fully paid the loan and they will send me a paid up letter till today 2025 zero paid up letter Its a bit shocking that they deducted R1500 monthly but the could do so for R175.45 and how that R174:45 was not deducted with my last instalments and i bank with capitec bank the could have take that amount Capitec Bank did a prescribed debt for that small amount which i 100% think it was never because why it was never deducted and why i never got a paid up letter those attorneys said the where going to send it after not deducting anymore Can andries van der walt attorneys and Capitec Bank fix this matter as capitec bank also refuses to send me statements for those payments to take to my attorneys because this is completely van der Walt Attorneys. Its 2019 trying to get Capitec Bank to fix this nonsense the keep on sending me up and now the are hiding Andries van der walt attorneys number and email address forgetting the gave the name of these attorneys in 2016

Capitec bank is stupid bank
After so many times asking Capitec Bank for the attorneys who never deducted a R175 on my personal loan till today they haven't given me those attorneys name or email address because they should have given me them to address this matter it's been 4 years now asking every department it's always we will get back to you

KNF Refusing to close my paid up loan with credit bureaus
KND is refusing to clear my name on the credit bureau after 4 months after settling my loan with them, every month it's a different story in remove that account and it's in arrears. And it's affecting me in getting a personal loans because of it

Waiting on Capitec bank for the email address of the attorneys for over 2 years now
Still waiting on Capitec bank to give the attorneys who where dealing with my loan they are the ones including the bank who didn't deduct the R175.80 why should I be punished for something that was not in my hands It's been over 2 years asking for the attorneys email address from their complaints department

Unpaid pension from department of health
I Nomakhosazana have been battling for years to get my pension from department of health Eastern Cape, I have even took this matter to the office of the public protector and won the case but till today the department hasn't paid me my pension I have taken this matter to the office of the minister, DG and EC premier never got help in all of the above office. Declined because of an invisible unfinished settlement that the bank can't even explain or show me
I have been battling to get a loan at African bank for years to an unfinished settlement which no branch can show me when I ask for that unfinished settlement (loan), on the phone consultant said it's a credit card but I never had a credit card with African bank Two departments at African bank said I don't have a personal loan or unpaid loan with them, but every time I apply for that comes out in such at the branch they said maybe it's a company that does business with African bank I showed them my credit report and asked them where is that loan you talking about, it's very confusing that I get declined for something that they can't even show me Could you please assist me guys here this is very frustrating because I have contacted almost every department the answer from the is no unpaid loan but when applying the invisible loan appears
