Sharaaz (Siraj) Amod of A to Z Home Improvements and Amod Electrical - avoid!
This so called builder scammed us. He is based in Milnerton. We contracted him to do our renovation in Pinelands. He took money and additional payments and never delivered paid for materials. He abandoned the job in a mess with not even a third done, and now it turns out, never got the building inspector in as per contract. On deeper investigation we have found 6 other people he has done the exact same to (it amounts to a Lot of money). We are considering our options around a criminal as well as a civil suit. To be avoided at all costs.
