Sharaaz Amod .. **** builder/electrical/plumbing avoid at all costs.
Sharaaz Amod is a **** artist who has been found guilty in a number of court cases including one we laid against him. He takes money and does not deliver.. no proper inspections ever, no delivery of materials.. no paying back the money he stole from people for work he never did.. ****s going as far back as 2020 and probaby further. He is a serial ********.. avoid him at all costs. Happy to give further details if needed. He has operated under different business names - Amod Electrical, A to Z Home improvements, A- Z Electrical Plumbing Home Renovtions (and who knows what else) and now apparently Legacy Builders and Home Improvements. Avoid if you dont want to employ a convicted ********.

Workmanship guarantee means nothing
It started off well, but 6 months down the line, we noticed that the paint was flaking off the tiles all over the roof. We had our entire clay roof sc****d, sealed and waterproofed with Daves recommended rubber guard. He was reputable and had been in the industry long enough for us to trust his work. He said he only used the best products available and had experience waterproofing old clay tiles to the standard required by insurance companies. Dave gave us a 10 year guarantee on the work which we forwarded to our insurance company. When we contacted him about the peeling paint, he gave us the runaround for months saying the paint wasn't guaranteed, just his work. Eventually after numerous phone calls, emails, pictures of the peeling paint, and references to his guarantee, he came to have a look. He agreed to repaint - and said he would do two coats. He arrived in December and did one coat. We have been trying to lock him down since then to finish the second coat before winter, but he has given us the same runaround. He is never available, always too busy and we're left with shoddy work, R60k + down, and no real guarantee for the remaining 9 years.. Personally we liked him, but his after sales service and guarantees do not mean anything. Do not use this company.

Pet Heaven - great service and pricing on pet food!
These guys are great! One can change dates for scheduled deliveries easily and when booked I've had deliveries on the same day almost every single gle time. If not same day, then the day after.. Imressive! Excellent prices amd free delivery too..happy cats and cat owners

Petheaven really is heaven for busy familes who adore their pets!
I do scheduled purchases of petfood for my two cats. I always receive timeous warning before the payments are taken, and and the option to delay if I still have food.. amazing! Once I confirm and the payment goes through, the food is delivered on the same day! The absolute best service and excellent prices! Highly recommended...

Pet Heaven.. heavenly to deal with such a professional company!
These guys are fantastic.. so much easier to schedule deliveries of pet food. They notify you before it is time to do the next one and you can delay it if you need to, or go ahead. Once the payment goes through they deliver within one day! Fantastic and organised.. highly rated for professionalism, service and pricing.

Rewardsco - sales agents who do whatever they like to get their comission?
After organising to change to a data contract with MTN in their shop in Canal Walk, a Rewardsco agent called me and then, without my permission, reversed that change and contract. This is basically fraud.. I have had terrible service when trying to reverse this to what I had spent an hour and a half organising with an MTN agent in their shop. I am still trying to get it fixed. Terrible service.. and it feels incredibly dishonest.. I have also had Rewardsco agents call me twice offering discounted monthly rates on my MTN account with nothing ever materialising, either in emails promised, or in discounted rates. What kind of business is this?

This so called builder scammed us. He is based in Milnerton. We contracted him to do our renovation in Pinelands. He took money and additional payments and never delivered paid for materials. He abandoned the job in a mess with not even a third done, and now it turns out, never got the building inspector in as per contract. On deeper investigation we have found 6 other people he has done the exact same to (it amounts to a Lot of money). There are more people... We are trying to get everyone together to stop him from his continued activity. Latest review here is from someone he did the same to while working on our renovation. Please contact me if you have dealt with him. We are proceeding with a civil case against him and know of another person who also sued him. Her case is due March 2023. His various names are: Shiraaz/Shiraaz/Siraj Amod Different business names are: Amod Electrical, A to Z Home improvements, A- Z Electrical Plumbing Home Renovtions (and who knows what else.) To be avoided at all costs.
