Do not use this company you'll regret it
Do not use this company! The owner does not care and over charges then doesn't care about you afterwards. His workers don't even get proper work attyre and I doubt they get paid well. Terrible company. Stay aware if you're smart enough.

Do not use this company! The owner does not care and over charges then doesn't care about you afterwards. His workers don't even get proper work attyre and I doubt they get paid well. Terrible company. Stay aware if you're smart enough.

Workmanship guarantee means nothing
It started off well, but 6 months down the line, we noticed that the paint was flaking off the tiles all over the roof. We had our entire clay roof sc****d, sealed and waterproofed with Daves recommended rubber guard. He was reputable and had been in the industry long enough for us to trust his work. He said he only used the best products available and had experience waterproofing old clay tiles to the standard required by insurance companies. Dave gave us a 10 year guarantee on the work which we forwarded to our insurance company. When we contacted him about the peeling paint, he gave us the runaround for months saying the paint wasn't guaranteed, just his work. Eventually after numerous phone calls, emails, pictures of the peeling paint, and references to his guarantee, he came to have a look. He agreed to repaint - and said he would do two coats. He arrived in December and did one coat. We have been trying to lock him down since then to finish the second coat before winter, but he has given us the same runaround. He is never available, always too busy and we're left with shoddy work, R60k + down, and no real guarantee for the remaining 9 years.. Personally we liked him, but his after sales service and guarantees do not mean anything. Do not use this company.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
I just want to thank Dave and team for the most excellent service I received from Anchor Roofing and Waterproofing. I can highly recommend them as from the time I called in I was well received and treated extremely professional by Charlotte. Dave is well experienced and a gentleman! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The contractor is the owner. He is the most unhonest person on the earth! He unbelievably over charges on everything! He is rude and is only in it for the money, he does not care about his work or his staff. SHARE this to everyone so they don't get conned by this company.

Not a roofing company, a dishonest con man.
Does not deserve one star. Totally dishonest. Took almost 35k to repair my roof..now leaks in three places. When he knew it was a problem, he put the phone down and refuses my calls. I had a reputable company come in and all that Anchor roofing had done, was paint over the roof with rubberised paint. What a disgrace and an excuse of a man. He looks like a big company on his website, dont be fooled , he is a one man band. Don't touch him.

I initially gave this company an excellent review. However, after paying over 30k...10 weeks later it began to leak in exactly the same place as before plus where it had never leaked. I called him ten weeks ago and was told he was ill. However this looks like a one man band because no one could come and look. Yesterday I actually spoke to the owner Dave and when he found out it was not new work but a complaint, he out the phone down and will not answer. I got a roofing expert in today and he said no work had been done on the roof but it had just been painted. This was only a quarter of the roof. I have looked at the reviews and it would appear that since his son left , his work is has gone downhill, so obviously we know how the good reviews cane about and it wasn't Dave This is ***** and I will now sue him.

ANCHOR ROOFING - SUPERB COMPANY BRILLIANT JOB
Such a professional company Efficient quotation process followed by absolutely superb workmanship. I have had so many roofing and Waterproofing companies and they have either done a dreadful job or disappeared with the deposit. My roof looks absolutely perfect and I would recommend this company without hesitation
