Solar and pool refurbishment - excellent in all spheres concerning pools
Very affordable but incredibly effective solar heating for pools. I had to turn my solar system off because my pool was more like a bath than a pool. In addition, excellent knowledge of refurbishing of pools and superb at what not to do, which is invaluble. This, plus his excellent knowledge and expert advice on best methodology etc., makes this company worthy of recommendation. Excellent after sales service too. Extremely approachable and pleasant staff.

Brilliant garage, absolutely recommend every time.
Superb garage, honest, reliable and always go the extra mile. I had a problem with my car, not only did they fetch me, they then told me the part would be very expensive to replace but gave me the number of an auto electrical company that could repair the component. I know nothing about cars and could have been charged a fortune, I would have known no better. What a brilliant experience,not only honest, such lovely staff. Thank you to all.

GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR CUSTOMERS
I had a dreadful company install solar heating for my swimming pool. It did not work. The installer CHRISTIAN OF IRP Renovations installed it incorrectly and as a result the manufacturer A M ENGINEERING took it upon themselves to remove all the panels and replace them. They tested the panels at their factory and the pool renovation company had managed to fill the panels with sand!!! A M engineering really went the extra mile for me and I am so grateful that they resolved the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Excellent moreal compass.

DISGUSTING, DISHONEST COMPANY. ALL LOOKS GOOD, THEN IT ALL FALLS APART.
After my last review I decided to update what has since happened. The tiles he put around the pool (plastic) degraded and had to be removed. Whilst removing, some paint came off so had to be redone. The pump he sold me as new was reconditioned, all the pipes he installed had to be removed and reinstalled. The solar heating for the pool did not work because he managed to fill them with sand. That has since cost me a further R10,000. Nothing he did remained, it was all such a diabolical mess. I am now reclaiming all the money back via the courts. He is totally dishonest.

Spent R60k and it's a total disaster.
If i could give a minus. I would. My first review was everything was excellent. After three months it's a total mess. The pool was painted and plastic tiles were placed around the pool. R20K. Within one week the tiles had discoloured and began to degrade. Christian said that the one area that started to degrade was because the pool brush was too hard. I have attached photographs of more than one area to prove this was *******. Other pool companies have said that the salt would automatically debrade the plastic tiles. Then I had a new pump fitted. He left it with two leaks and the leaf trap cannot be removed for cleaning. Then a new chlorinator 7k. It is a rock pool and he destroyed a whole chunk of it and left the electric wires exposed. See photographs Then the pool solar 13k. It never worked. Eventually the engineer of the solar company came and told Christian to repair all the leaks and sort the pipes out. Eventually it was determined there are insufficient panels. Christian has moved and changed his telephone number. He asked me to loan him k60. So glad I didn't. He is dishonest. Let's see if all the favourable reviews remain thus after 3 months!! If anyone has his number, please send it to Hello Peter.

Drivers ***** money from your account
Not for the first time I was sent a bill for a cancelled trip. I was not even home! In December a driver stole R200 from my account. I proved it and stl Uber did nothing. The reason? The driver did not log the trip for three days so when I complained they initially could not trace it By the time the driver logged it and I followed up, Uber said it was too late. Their auto system for problems is insufficient for clients. The records showed the driver took the money from my account..they did nothing.

Deserves ten stars...my 30 years old pool looks brand new.
My 30 years old pool looks brand new. What a superb job. Christian did for me. It says a lot when the boss is in with his team doing the work to ensure an excellent outcome. If I could give him 10 stars!, he deserves every one of them. Honest. Punctual, knowledgeable and a really hard working lovely man. Cannot praise him highly enough.

Not a roofing company, a dishonest con man.
Does not deserve one star. Totally dishonest. Took almost 35k to repair my roof..now leaks in three places. When he knew it was a problem, he put the phone down and refuses my calls. I had a reputable company come in and all that Anchor roofing had done, was paint over the roof with rubberised paint. What a disgrace and an excuse of a man. He looks like a big company on his website, dont be fooled , he is a one man band. Don't touch him.
