Dishonest
I ordered and paid for a Midas mixer (XR18) through Takealot sold by A1 Sound on a discounted price that I need for a job coming up. Five days later I get a message the product is out of stock. When I looked at the same product on Takealot, the product was in stock with a marked up price. That is dishonest and bad service in my opinion. Never supporting them again.

Customer service useless
Your customer service is useless. Phoned the store at 14h48 and was on hold for more than 5 minutes Phoned again at14h53 to be told everyone is on lunch All i need is a site visit and quote on sound. But with this professionlism it is difficult to trust a company like yours. I'm ashamed of your service

I dropped of an 18inch Celto Subwoofer last year December to a gentlemen named Reginald Since last year he never got back to me regarding the subwoofer , I have been sending messages on whatsapp no response
I dropped of an 18inch Celto Subwoofer last year December to a gentlemen named Reginald Since last year he never got back to me regarding the subwoofer , I have been sending messages on whatsapp no response. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to wait just for a subwoofer to be fixed , he didnt inform regarding the price it would cost me to pay for repairs

Be careful you might lose your money forever from them.
This shop sells Sound for music. I bought an Imix mics from them... they are faulty but the owners are so stubborn and bullying not to change and yet we are still under guarantee... he is telling me of the outside which wad opened and thrown away. But the inside is still tact and contained well.. That is just the attitude of Indians. These people are so cruel and yet money loving. They have no business principles.
