I ordered and paid for a Midas mixer (XR18) through Takealot sold by A1 Sound on a discounted price that I need for a job coming up. Five days later I get a message the product is out of stock. When I looked at the same product on Takealot, the product was in stock with a marked up price. That is dishonest and bad service in my opinion. Never supporting them again.
It’s a **** for sure. Once your money is in there, you can’t get it out. They make excuses upon excuses. (www.berry.im) Is not to be trusted.
HORRIBLE service and no internet. We upgraded to MyMTN Home Uncapped FLTE 10mbps 2 weeks ago. In those 2 weeks, our internet was on for about 2 hours max. I had to buy several bundles to make a hotspot from my phone in these times, because I need to work. Every time I call I have to wait at least 15min for an agent and twice my call was just dropped. No one can help me figure out why our internet doest work. I even took the router in to an MTN store, but no luck. We a currently paying for no internet. They say it's a location block even though I gave them the correct address and the router never even left this address (besides to the MTN store). Don't make the same mistake we did.

I had an issue in September 2015, but Elroy from Vodacom took care of it instantly and with a smile (well it sounded like he smiled :p). Thanx guys
Last month I received a bill of R1766.59 from Vodacom because of data that I apparently used (out of bundle rates), but I did buy extra bundles as soon as it ran out, that never came through and most of it happened while I was asleep. (My apps only update on wifi btw)<br> <br> Currently (3 September) my bill is standing on R1391.44 (in counting), while I still have 799.11MB left on my data bundle. I called Vodacom customer care twice about this query, but they cannot help me. What do I do??<br> <br> (I have a Smart S contract with Vodacom with extra data of 1GB)
