Worse company to work for

If there was a 0 rating, I would give A5 Cash and Carry- Mthatha. I am an employee of the company. The store opened in November but we have been let go without notice or anything. We are not provided with a reason as to why we are being let go. They just told us to stay home and they will call us. The management is *********** and has no approach. He does not understand nor empathize with the fact that we have responsibilities. They just exploit employees Sometimes we work from 8am till 7pm and there is no overtime added to your pay.
