AA Bee removals called out on 17th August 2018 to remove bees. Bees returned again in September, and on the 26th September AA Bee removals came out again, and we were told that a new hive had moved in. We were charged again, and told that the chimney needed to be covered after 7 days. AA Bee removals do not cover chimneys which is very frustrating seeing as this seems to be part of keeping the bees away so we got someone else in to cover the chimney. Bees returned again and AA Bee removals came out on 26th September again. We were told it was a new hive that had moved in, and they would have to remove it, and that we should have the chimney covered. AA Bee removals don't do this, so they told us we would have to get someone else in 7 days after the bees were removed which we did. Bees returned again this week (5th November). After a very frustrating call to the offices of AA Bee removal, who said it was most likely another new hive, and they would come and check, but if they thought it was we would be charged again - the team came out today. The problem this time they claimed was a new hive, and that the chimney had not been properly covered. We are completely fed up with this, and if we were to continue in this vein, we would be paying AA Bee removals to remove new hives every 6 weeks. The office staff were incredibly rude, and said we were merely unlucky. We will be finding another company to help us rather than continue with this incompetence. The bee removers barely communicated, and dumped the bees they removed in the back of their bakkie, which had open windows, and bees were just flying everywhere. We certainly don't get the sense that this is a company who knows what they are doing. I will not use them again.
