Exclusive Movers/AA van lines Furniture Removal - Totally dissatisfied

I used AA Furniture removals plus minus 7 months ago, was satisfied, they moved me with a removal truck.

I received a quote again and decided to use them again- he quoted me same price for much less furniture - but instead he Neil used his own company Exclusive Movers with more or less the same amount of money - did not mention at all that he will not be moving my furniture in a Moving truck - used an vehicle with a trailor which was stopped how many times by the Police - My furniture only arrived late in the afternoon - my carpets all dirty and some furniture damaged - I feel he should reimburse the money due to the fact that he was not using a moving truck.

This is the quotation I received from Neil which I accepted and he then switched to his own private company Ecclusive Movers
