Dishonest unprofessional service

I wish I had read these reviews before I called them. But you would think that someone that advertises in a newspaper with Lead name brands like Defy, Samsung etc would be more professional. We phone the telephone number that is advertised in the newspaper and the owner sends out two technicians. Arrived in company vehicle. The one introduces him as the owner Wimpie's brother and they seem very professional. Charges us R 2 200 for a new pc board and regas. Next day fridge not working. They say it is the compressor and he has to replace some pipe that they need to order. Comes back two days later with part. Starts welding and doing all sorts. charges another R 1500. Only C.O.D they claim. They have to hand in cash when they return to the office. Cash paid. Never returns even after numerous calls on the company phones and landline. Owner says they did not hand in cash and he fired them. Still does not help us as our freezer is now not working at all - R 3700 down the drain. I can not believe that people can take advantage of hard earned money. Please be aware. Also funny that when I read Hello Peter now and the google reviews it always seems to be the PC board...... And this company seems to do this to numerous customers.
