Worst service
Worst service. My pensioner mom paid to have tumble dryer fixed. Tumble dryer still not fixed, and they don't even have the decency to reply or to come back

Worst service. My pensioner mom paid to have tumble dryer fixed. Tumble dryer still not fixed, and they don't even have the decency to reply or to come back

Dishonest unprofessional service
I wish I had read these reviews before I called them. But you would think that someone that advertises in a newspaper with Lead name brands like Defy, Samsung etc would be more professional. We phone the telephone number that is advertised in the newspaper and the owner sends out two technicians. Arrived in company vehicle. The one introduces him as the owner Wimpie's brother and they seem very professional. Charges us R 2 200 for a new pc board and regas. Next day fridge not working. They say it is the compressor and he has to replace some pipe that they need to order. Comes back two days later with part. Starts welding and doing all sorts. charges another R 1500. Only C.O.D they claim. They have to hand in cash when they return to the office. Cash paid. Never returns even after numerous calls on the company phones and landline. Owner says they did not hand in cash and he fired them. Still does not help us as our freezer is now not working at all - R 3700 down the drain. I can not believe that people can take advantage of hard earned money. Please be aware. Also funny that when I read Hello Peter now and the google reviews it always seems to be the PC board...... And this company seems to do this to numerous customers.

Dishonest unprofessional service
I wish I had read these reviews before I called them. But you would think that someone that advertises in a newspaper with Lead name brands like Defy, Samsung etc would be more professional. Appalling service and Incompetent staff that break your appliance
On 01//08/2020 we had 2 guys come out to examine our dishwasher from AAA All Appliances Services. We informed them of everything that was wrong with appliance including the very loud sound that the dishwasher was making which they heard as well. They gave us a quote of R1780,00 to put a new motor incl labour. On 04/08/2020 the same 2 guys came to install the motor and also unblocked the drain of the dishwasher and charged us another R680.00 for that. In total we spent R2460,00. Since they left they didn’t put the dishwasher back in order. They did not put the top tray back correctly and the propeller kept hitting the dishes. They said the noise would stop after 3 intensive washes. The noise is still unbearable after several washes! And now the dishwasher is leaking and tripping all my plugs. They keep saying they coming to fix the dishwasher and ignore all the what’s app messages and calls. This is appalling service with incompetent staff. It’s very disappointing how they take money from you without providing a proper service. Instead of fixing the appliance they broke it ! It’s been a whole month and nothing from them. I would never recommend these people to anyone and I will put this complaint on as many social media platforms as I can. People need to know what they dealing with when they call AAA appliance services!

Appalling service and Incompetent staff that break your appliance
On 01//08/2020 we had 2 guys come out to examine our dishwasher from AAA All Appliances Services. Atrocious Service
Absolutely atrocious! Quoted me for my speed queen - I paid and they fixed it. Called them back due to noise in machine. Came back and whatever they did caused the spin cycle not to work which was not a problem before and after the initial fixing. Now they want to charge me over 3 000 after I paid 2 300 already. Why not quote me correct from the start??? Escalated to owner who simply does not get back to you - promised to come back to see machine himself - now not taking my calls. Boksburg supplier. DO NOT USE THEM! Wish I had seen reviews on Hello Peter before using them!

Atrocious Service

Dishonest Company
I found this company on the internet. Very deceiving webpage & Facebook page. They picked up my dishwasher and returned it saying the motor needed to be replaced. We paid a huge amount for the so called "new motor. The machine is not working. Stay away from this company. The owner Donnie will not take my calls or respond to messages. Their contact details are ********** 004/ ********** 931.

Dishonest Company

Overcharge for services - Complete Rip Off
I had terrible experience with Donnie from AAA Refrigeration and Appliance Repairs (Donnie ********** 004/ ********** 931). They were supposed to quote us to fix the door lock of our washing machine but when they got to our house they carried out the repairs without advising us of how much it would cost. They then called me and demanded an exorbitant fee for their services. I was shocked and naturally refused to pay. After heated debates. Donnie agreed to reduce the fee initially by R200, then by R400 and finally by R600. To give a client a R600 reduction goes to show how much they overcharged. I was still unhappy with the pricing so needless to say the final amount was still ridiculously high and we knew we were still being ripped off. However, I reluctantly paid them what they demanded to avoid the situation getting out of control. We will never do business with them again and I hope that they don't get an opportunity to rip off unsuspecting customers in future.
