Excellent Service received from Ivin at BP on the corner of South Road and Bowling Avenue. This week he picked up I had a flat tyre when I stopped at the P n P Express and insisted he look at it. He took it off and diagnosed the ftault and put on the spare tyre - he was so concerned and helpful and really helped me as I did not notice the flat tyre.
Logged a call a few days before Xmas to the East London branch. Absolutely no follow up - I had to hound them daily until someone came out. Told me they would phone me in afternoon or next day to advise when potentially will be resolved or action. Absolutely no follow up or calls to me - I have been following up now last call today since before Xmas - two stoves - parts surely must now be available. Worst service ever! Asked for Manager - some story not available today when actually the entire branch know he is not available today and put me through to his phone and someone else who said surprised as he is not in week. Also phoned Port Elizabeth branch asked to speak to two Managers who's names I was given - no response as yet.
I have been waiting a week for new cards. I am a private banking client. I have followed up multiple times with my banker, the courier and the private banking call centre. No access to my money for one week! Nobody has phoned me back. Service sucks. Private Banking fees not worth it. Told today my cards only coming on Monday. That will be 9 days since I cancelled them. 9 Days since I reordered a new credit card and 7 days a new cheque card.
Paid R2 300 for a new pump for my speed queen. They put in a small pump not speed queen pump and told me other pump is wrong!!!!! Can you believe how unethical? And i complained to owner many times! Do not use them!
Service cut after many many years of debit orders. Nothing changed on my side. They upgraded their systems now suddenly the branch code is incorrect! How? Nothing changed on my side! Second time this month now zI need to wait until tomorrow to resolve! They suck More people should boikot them!
Absolutely atrocious! Quoted me for my speed queen - I paid and they fixed it. Called them back due to noise in machine. Came back and whatever they did caused the spin cycle not to work which was not a problem before and after the initial fixing. Now they want to charge me over 3 000 after I paid 2 300 already. Why not quote me correct from the start??? Escalated to owner who simply does not get back to you - promised to come back to see machine himself - now not taking my calls. Boksburg supplier. DO NOT USE THEM! Wish I had seen reviews on Hello Peter before using them!
Loyal customer for many years - huge amount of money spent with P n P over many years. Stopped online ordering - tried again on Friday due to busy shops. Placed order on Friday morning for delivery time at Boksburg Hypermarket as I though would be quicker than home delivery. Got there at my selected delivery time - no order - truck had not arrived. Took my number and told me she would phone. My delivery may arrive some time next week. Phoned online service last night - told me my order ready . Husband went again today - no order!!!!!!! I am disgusted - going to support P n P competition wherever I can. Why the hell cant the store just give me the items and when the order comes put in their stock???? Customer service sucks!!!!!!
