Unethical supplier
Paid R2 300 for a new pump for my speed queen. They put in a small pump not speed queen pump and told me other pump is wrong!!!!! Can you believe how unethical? And i complained to owner many times! Do not use them!

AAA Appliance Services not that bad
I was very apprehended by this business to start out with but when they contacted me back within an hour after leaving a message I was surprised. Scan call done. Action. Second responder called and confirmed the details and informed me that a technician will contact me the next day. Technician named Tinashe pitched up the next day. Inspected the equipment to ascertain the damage and declared that he can fix it. Paid him 50% of the quoted amount and clenched my jaws. Lo and behold he pitched today and fixed the fridge and the microwave oven. Very happy and eating warm pizza. Call him on ********** .

We originally contacted and paid Anchor Services up front before work commenced. The company that came to repair our refrigerator was ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES 24 hour HOME SERVICE After regassing the fridge on the 08/01/2018 and charging me R1795 our fridge was still not working. The freezer however was working great. After numerous call to both Keith and George, some of these calls were on the 14/02, 19/02 and the 27th they eventualy responded and send a technician to fix the problem – he could not fix it and said there was an oil leak and that we must find the oil leak??? After this visit our freezer stopped working and we lost all pre-cooked meals, frozen meats and chicken. Again we made numerous calls and then decided this was not worth pursuing. We did get hold of George however and requested a refund. We were told that “you are making excuses”, not sure in what context he meant this. He then said that he would refund us a portion of the amount, again no specifics and to date no refund. After paying R1795 I have no fridge, no freezer, and no refund. I hope this serves as a warning not to use either Anchor Services or All Appliance Services. They are amateurs and have no integrity.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY FROM ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING
On the 2nd August 2017, All Appliance Services aka Anchor Plumbing gave me a quote for R2100 to replace the compressor in my fridge. They demanded I send them proof of payment before they replaced it, which I emailed them the following day. The day they got proof of payment they went to my house and said it was not the compressor, and that I must throw my fridge away. The technician phoned Anchor Pluming from my house and they said I must stop the payment. When I did so, they refused to agree to the payment being stopped. I have been battling since then, about 5 weeks, to get my money out of them and will go the legal route now, as well as share this on social media. This is daylight robbery. They are an unethical business, and have one excuse after the other about why they have not had time to refund me yet. DO NOT USE ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING.

No appliance services at all. Daylight robbery
<p>Called them out 3 months back. Bought a fridge that went faulty. Upon coming out I was given a quote for damper motor R1800. Paid and hoped for the best. After that exactly 2 days later fridge started with faulty problems again. Called them out. No one came. Called again. In duration to about 50 calls and 2 visits I have now received a quote R3600 for extractor kit. Bought the fridge for R2300 and still faulty. I've called numerous times to lodge a complaint and speak to management. But to no avail. I'm utterly disgusted I their service, they need to be shut down. If you gonna rob people, do it properly as criminals do. You suck. This business is a complete sham. On the last visit when all belongings in my fridge were off and hot as fridge wasn't cooling, the tech called Ireland came out and said all my tomatoes were bad cause I put 1 bad tomatoe in the fridge with the fresh ones, hence the others went pap. I'm frustrated and totally angry. </p>

Bad after sale service
These people spam you phone with sms's. They use different company names to work under. I used them and did not know what to expect. What a surprise. They said they replaced a part on my Display fridge, but the old part was not left to see what was replaced. The new part made such a noise, sounds like a jet plane taking off. Bad after sale service
These people spam you phone with sms's. They use different company names to work under. I used them and did not know what to expect. What a surprise. They said they replaced a part on my Display fridge, but the old part was not left to see what was replaced. The new part made such a noise, sounds like a jet plane taking off.
