All appliance service- NO appliance service

<p>I contact All appliance service after my washmachine broke.  They came out, worked on it and said all it need to be fixed was a service.  After they left I tried it.  Still it did not work.  So I phoned again.  Four days later they came back and said it is the bearings of the machine.  Another R2000 and it will be fixed.  So we said No.  We will pay the call out fee, but we want the other money back as nothing was really done to fixed the machine.  So we paid for nothing.  That was in July.  Since then we are taking to them, but don't really get any answers.  Keep on saying we will call back.</p>
