DAYLIGHT ROBBERY FROM ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING

On the 2nd August 2017, All Appliance Services aka Anchor Plumbing gave me a quote for R2100 to replace the compressor in my fridge. They demanded I send them proof of payment before they replaced it, which I emailed them the following day. The day they got proof of payment they went to my house and said it was not the compressor, and that I must throw my fridge away. The technician phoned Anchor Pluming from my house and they said I must stop the payment. When I did so, they refused to agree to the payment being stopped. I have been battling since then, about 5 weeks, to get my money out of them and will go the legal route now, as well as share this on social media. This is daylight robbery. They are an unethical business, and have one excuse after the other about why they have not had time to refund me yet. DO NOT USE ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING.
