AAA Electrical and Plumbing
This company came to fetch a Russel Hobbs gas stove from my premises in order to fix the door. After a week and several phone calls they eventually returned the stove still with the broken door. They took the base plate with them in order to find the correct hinges for the stove door. Two weeks and several phone calls later they still have not fixed the door or returned the base plate in spite of us asking them to return the part so that we can resolve the issue ourselves. After speaking to them again this morning, they said we must fetch the part ourselves. Please do not use this company. They are incompetent and arrogant when you ask them to return the parts that they took.

AAA Electrical and Plumbing

Overpriced poor service
I had a faulty kitchen light switch. Electrician came and had to replace 3 way light switch. I was quoted R950 plus light switch. Instead of three way switch he put a 4 way switch in and now I have a switch that does nothing. He charged me R3820!!

<p>I am shocked with the disgusting service I've received from the MANAGEMENT of AAA Electrical Plumbing & Appliance Repairs in Bramley, Johannesburg... or are they ALL Appliance Services...??</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, I phoned in 4-5 times over two days to get someone from AAA Electrical Plumbing & Appliance Repairs to come have a look at my SAMSUNG Dishwasher that is leaking water during a washing cycle, at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>The technician had a look at my dishwasher and basically found nothing wrong with it, just a water pipe that needed adjustment to a lower height, but the company's MANAGEMENT phoned me to say my dishwasher machine needs a service AT R1500!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>That is DAY-LIGHT ROBBERY!!!!</p>

<p>Op 30/12 het my krag bly trip. Ek het bogenoemde geskakel met uitroepkoste van R495.00 Uitgekom en die prob;leem geidentifiseer. Die finale kwotasie R4500.</p> <p>Ek het onmiddelik n ander elektrisien geskakel en sy kwotasie was heelwat laer. Ek AAA weg gestuur en die ander elekrisien die werk gegee. Omrede Die manne van AAA nie die werk gekry het nie het hulle al die drade in die kas deurmekaar gemaak. Die ander elekrisien het uitgekom . 2 ure later het hy die deurmelkaar drade uitgesorteer en my slegs R2000 gevra met uitroepkoste en al.</p> <p>AAA het my openlik uitgebuit maar gelukkig het ek nie daarvoor geval nie. Vir ander mense wees asb versigtig voor jy hulle kontak</p>
