Thanks again to Ahmed for servicing my car. Always exceptional professional service. Always pleasant and helpful.
I have had 2 phone contracts with Mtn for many years. Yesterday a sales woman from Mondo phoned and offered me an upgrade. I refused and said I would go to an MTN branch. Today MTN is trying repeatedly to process a new debit order for over R1700 only bank account. I phoned MTN and TWO extra contracts have been added to my account without my consent. Numerous calls to MTN and Mondo and the ***** department have got me nowhere and I was told if I canceled I would have to pay fees. SHOCKING *****.
My car had rear bumper damage including the boot lock. The car was repaired on time and the panelbeating was fine. Staff pleasant and efficient. When I fetched the car the boot opened. When I got home the boot would not open. Took the car back twice and no help. The last time the service adviser suggested it was wear and tear. The technician gave me a demonstration on how to use the car remote to open the boot!!!!!!! Eventually he drove it round the corner and then brought it back and said he had lubricated and adjusted it. No improvement and the boot would not open. Eventually took the car to VW for repair. Very poor show Proline.
Many thanks to Alexandra Klein for her prompt excellent communication regarding my claim. Great service. Thanks
I requested new hinges for my Defy oven. Over a month later after many phone calls and speaking to Vanessa a supervisor the hinges arrived. The techncian Godfrey phoned to make an appointment to fit them. He never came and promised to call the following day. He has never been despite many messages and calls. I then get a message from Defy saying the job has been completed. I tried to speak to the manager for Johannesburg Edward Kloof to no avail. Shocking service and now I have to go to another company for such a small job. In addition Defy spare parts are impossible to get. I cannot get new knobs for the oven and other repair companies tell me for 6 months it has been difficult to get parts and Defy is not importing. Poor show Defy!!!
I had a faulty kitchen light switch. Electrician came and had to replace 3 way light switch. I was quoted R950 plus light switch. Instead of three way switch he put a 4 way switch in and now I have a switch that does nothing. He charged me R3820!!
On 15 December my husband and I visited the newly opened restaurant at Exclusive Books Hyde Park for lunch. It was my husband's birthday. When we made our way to a table, the manageress (blonde - name unknown) came and showed us to a four seater table in the corner. The seats were hard and uncomfortable and we moved to the four seater table next to it. The manageress then told us we had to move to a two seater table. The restaurant was three quarters empty! We were now the centre of attention of other patrons in the restaurant. We said we would rather go to the coffee bar in the store and she said \fine"and turned her back on us. After many"
I spoke to Thandekile at Victory Park store to request that 140 parcels be made up of specified groceries for the Christmas Party for homeless people at St Martin's in the Veld Church. Her positive and friendly attitude in arranging the parcels was outstanding. Both Thandi and the assistant manager Oupa Maroga contacted other stores to get delivery of the necessary stock and kept in touch with me during the whole process. This whole project was done at short notice but the parcels were packed and ready on the agreed date. Thank you both and the staff of Pick n Pay for your fantastic service. Well done!! Jenny Colley
