Today, my wife and I purchased my 2026 dream car, and it was made possible by who I genuinely believe is Hatfield’s best: Uzair Slarmie (“Uzi”). After selling my Tiguan in November 2025, I spent months hunting for the perfect replacement. I would not recommend VW Bryanston for anyone as I experienced the worst by one of their sales person in used vehicles The guy treated me as if I was a begar. He lacks customer service and behaves as if VW Bryasnton is the dealer in SA

I booked my car in for service 25 June and took it in on 28 June 2025. The dealer was supposed to contact the administrator to get the authorisation for the work to be done so that when I take the car in all the necessary admin is sorted. None of that was done, the Power-up claims department doesn’t open on Saturdays, the car had to be serviced and I had to pay for the car to be released to me as they wouldn’t release it without payment. I called the service desk Monday, 30 June for that Job Card which isn’t in the file with the rest of the documents. I find this to be disingenuous especially because I assumed we were engaging in good faith now that the job card cant be found it is as if someone is absolving themselves of any responsibility and hiding the “evidence” when in-fact had they contacted the administrator and got the authorisation for the servicing all that could have been avoided.

My VW Polo Trendline was booked in for a service on the 26/03/2025. Service Executive Tharunesh went over and above to make me feel welcome at the dealership. He explained the process of the repairs and what it entailed to be carried out. I received frequent updates and was very impressed with the overall extraordinarily service received from both Tharunesh and the Dealership. The drivers were extremely pleasant and fetched and dropped me on time. The receptionist was warm, pleasant and helpful. Also to mention, it was raining and he brought my vehicle to the door so that I would not get wet. Well done Hatfield VW Bryanston, well done Tharunesh and thank you for treating me as a VIP Client. You are a remarkable person and other Dealerships around the country can learn from this.

On the 29th of June I purchased a vw tiquan and the consultant that was assisting me was not there on that Saturday which I understood the other consultant that took over help us and explained that the car should come with a parcel shelf. The first consultant said he will get it for me, on the 29th of July (a month later) I had to ask him about it as there was no feedback provided and no communication what so ever he then told me he's still looking for it,its 2 weeks now again no feedback even asked him must I make peace and forget about it Now it hits me cause even when I asked him about a busket or vw promotional items he said its not like am buying a new car has he didn't give WHAT A DEVASTATING SERVICE INDEED
