Pathetic Experience at Clicks Woodmead
On 24 January 2025 around 13:00, A customer at Clicks Woodmead insultlted me as he was claiming that he is a Clicks employee just in front of Clicks Manager called Kota M. When told him that he must stop wasting my time I am doing shopping, we ent further to say that I don't look like I am buying anything. I highlighted my discontent to Kota M (manager at Clicks Woodmead) asking him that how can he not reprimand and stop a customer to impersonate Clicks employees and insulting me. He was very rude to me and saw nothing wrong with that and further asked to take his names in case I want to report him. I suspect that customer is Kota's friend because when I pass by they were standing on the side talking. I just left the store and shop at a competitor where they take customers' safety very seriously. This poses a very serious security and safety concerns for customers.
