I would not recommend VW Bryanston for anyone as I experienced the worst by one of their sales person in used vehicles The guy treated me as if I was a begar. He lacks customer service and behaves as if VW Bryasnton is the dealer in SA
On the 8th of August 2023 I was hijacked. Tracker was called within few mins but they said they lost the signal of vehicle. When I took contract with them they said they will receive a notification when the unit is tampered with. This didn't happen. Stay away from Tracker as I feel its just a ******* as nothing is done when one gets hijacked.
I paid for fibre installation on the 6th of February 2022. Up to now nothing has been done and they are sending me pillar to post. This guys have the worst customer service. They do not respond to emails nor answer call. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are a mess. I regret paying the installation fee. All I need to do now is to ask for refund and go to an alternative ISP.
On the 6th of February, I applied for fibre installation and I paid R400. They promised to do the installation within 3 - 7 days. On the 9th of Feb they sent me an email to confirm the installation for the 15th of Feb but the captured address was wrong. I had to give them the correct address and they promised to get back to me. It is taking them forever to correct the address. Up to now they have been sending me pillar to post. These guys are very unprofessional and there is no accountability. They do not respond to call nor emails. My installation number is VR-060222-200622
The process of validating a claim is a night mare. I put a motor claim on the 2nd of April and up to now my claim has not been finalized. The only time I get feedback is when I write an email of which they respond when it suites them. I have never been in such a situation in my life. This afternoon I called them and they told me the validators will contact me soon. On the 9th of April, their validator came through and requested all the information of which I provided them. This means the process is starting again. The standard acceptable time to process a claim is 8 days but mine is now on day 22. How long will I wait?
I registered a car claim with Naked on the 2nd of April. Its now 9 working days down the line and they haven't finalized my claim. In my 20yrs of having car insurance, I have never had a claim which took more than 3 working days to finalize. I wonder why is it taking this long.
