I still need your assistance please, I haven't received my refund from FlyCool that failed to install fibre for me even though I paid, they don't have any customer service or anyone I can contact please intervene and assist me get my refund please

My internet has been off for 2 days now. The whats app thing keeps saying repair on hold. i have no service but paying for it. i sent an email, but no one is getting back to me. on the 19th of the month they want to be paid but im sitting with no service. this is so wrong

FlyCool is really running a **** and hiding under Vuma, in January I paid R439 for Fibre that they didn't activate due to Mphile giving me a wrong link I'm still waiting for that refund and I had to pay again moving to the new house I needed Fibre I paid on the 26th of February they didn't install at all I was forced to cancel, cause of the run around, I canceled 5th of March and requested my second refund I'm still waiting please intervene and help me get my money back

on the 29th of January 2026 I made 2 payment to flycool's account paying for the month of February and March . Today my wifi is disconnected and I'm getting sms's asking me to pay . I have tried to communicate via the live chat and WhatsApp but your customer service is pathetic. I have sent emails and I'm getting no response.. I work from home now I need to spend more money buying data .. flycool customer service is pathetic and disappointing what kind of a company that does not have a contact centre number for their customers ... I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't consider your service anywhere ... if you can't pay back my money than connect my wifi ASAP

I'm extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service from Fly.cool. My wifi signal is extremely weak and only works properly when standing very close to the router. This makes it impossible to work online from home. I attempted to contact Fly.cool through all their available channels: Multiple calls to their support numbers - NO ANSWER WhatsApp support bot - MY ISSUE WAS NOT LISTED After two days of struggling with the bot I was finally connected to a live agent however - NO RESPONSE Through a third party my issue reached Nicholas, a Fly.cool support agent who advised that I should purchase a Wi-Fi booster instead of arranging for a technician to investigate the issue. This advice was given without any technical assessment of my connection. By someone who has no business giving technical advise. Only after I indicated that I would expose the matter publicly was my complaint finally logged (entertained) under reference number 01219376 It has now been FOUR days and counting since the reference number was issued, and I still have not been contacted by a technician. This level of customer service in APPALLING and unacceptable. As a paying client I expect proper support and a timely resolution. However the support team thinks they're doing us a favour and we actually pay them to give us hell. This matter is currently unresolved and I shall now gladly escalate the complaint to the telecommunications regulator and regret giving Fly.cool one star. The deserve none.
