Dear Fly.cool Support, Name and surname: Thabang Masipa. SN number: 48575443AC2F16B6. Email: tmasipa@yahoo.com. I am formally complaining about ongoing connectivity and speed issues that have continued for more than a month. The router has been replaced three times, technicians have come more than four times, and I have done more than 10 to 15 reboots, yet the service still fails after supposed fixes. Your records show repeated tickets, including 01364456, 01330611, and 01283081, with repeated 24 to 72 hour timelines, but no durable resolution. Vuma technicians also have done work outside of the premises, yet stability has not improved. Please escalate this to a senior technical team, provide a single point of contact, and confirm a firm plan and timeline. If this is not resolved within a reasonable period, I will have no choice but to consider cancelling your service. Sincerely, Thabang Masipa

I don't know how to really describe your services. Pathetic or shoddy, I asked if my debit date could be revised from 26 to the 01 of every month, I was told they would do that, today they terminate the account, I have tried to ask them to reconnect they said I should reboot for 15 minutes of which I did from 7 in the morning, this is 2pm nothing has been done I have sent countless emails, WhatsApp chat with your rebot. What kind of service is this you are really inconveniencing me

I would like to write a review about Fly.Cool Good day I used another service provider before and had so much trouble with trying to reach them if I had a problem of any kind I canceled them and join Flycool and eversince I'm a flycool costomer I'm am very satisfied with their service since day 1 and I like to recommend my neighbors and family to use Flycool Thanks for your great service Flycool You're the best ❤️❤️❤️

fly.cool is the worst ISP ever. The only communication to them is through whatts app or email. On whatts app they can't assist me with the help I need. On emails they don't respond. I have sent them an email on the 11th of May and up to now no response and it's not the 1st time. It is so frustrating I feel like cancelling my contract with them. They don't even deserve that 1 star
