As a customer, I expected reliable service, prompt assistance, and clear communication. Instead, I have experienced unnecessary delays and a lack of support, which has caused significant inconvenience.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that a satisfactory resolution be provided as soon as possible.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service.
They don’t know what they are doing . I have never seen people as useless and dumb as the ones working at fly.cool
They also lack understanding and empathy
