My VW Polo Trendline was booked in for a service on the 26/03/2025. Service Executive Tharunesh went over and above to make me feel welcome at the dealership. He explained the process of the repairs and what it entailed to be carried out. I received frequent updates and was very impressed with the overall extraordinarily service received from both Tharunesh and the Dealership. The drivers were extremely pleasant and fetched and dropped me on time. The receptionist was warm, pleasant and helpful. Also to mention, it was raining and he brought my vehicle to the door so that I would not get wet. Well done Hatfield VW Bryanston, well done Tharunesh and thank you for treating me as a VIP Client. You are a remarkable person and other Dealerships around the country can learn from this.
Monthly installment eft made on the 31st of the month as per every month and due to the holidays, is still not reflecting. Truworths calling Customers every morning at 7:00am to ask why payment is not reflecting?! Incurring costs, frustrating Customers and are extremely rude!
NEDBANK CALL CENTER: 0860555111 I HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON AN APPLICATION WHICH TOOK PLACE ALMOST 4 WEEKS AGO. BE CAREFUL WHEN CONTACTING THE CALL CENTER AS YOU WILL INTERACT WITH SLEEPY, TIRED AND RUDE STAFF. I WAS PLACE ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES AND THE CALL WAS EVENTUALLY DROPPED BY THE CONSULTANT. I WAS NOT CONTACTED BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ALL MY RELEVANT CONTACT DETAILS. I TOOK THE LIBERTY OF GOING INTO THE BRANCH AND AFTER 2 HOURS WAS TOLD TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS FOR AN SMS. THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE MY CARD AND A WEEK LATER STILL NO SMS. YESTERDAY I SUBMITTED A FORMAL WRITTEN COMPLAINT AND AS OF THIS MORNING STILL NO REPLY, SMS, EMAIL OR COURTESY PHONE CALL. NEDBANK ON A MONTHLY BASIS ENSURES THAT THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR BANK CHARGES FEES ETC AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. THE NEDBANK SLOGAN " MAKE THINGS HAPPEN", THERE SEEMS TO BE NOTHING HAPPENING AND FROM A SERVICE POINT OF VIEW THEY HAVE DROPPED DRASTICALLY. I'M DISSAPOINTED AFTER HAVING BANKED WITH YOU FOR 15 YEARS FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE RENDERED RECENTLY. YOU HAVE FRUSTRATED AND WASTED MY TIME. BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING A BANK, YOU AS A CUSTOMER WILL SUFFER AS I HAVE ABOVE! WITH THE AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY IN 2020 IT IS EMBARRASSING THAT NEDBANK CANNOT ACCESS RECORDS, FOLLOW UP AND PROVIDE GENERAL FEEDBACK TO A CLIENT!
ON MONDAY 12/2/2017 at 14:27 I CONTACTED MOMENTUM ON THE NUMBER: 0860 100 630 & WAS RUDELY TRANSFERRED TO THE INVESTO DEPARTMENT. THE CONSULTANT WHO ATTENDED TO MY CALL WAS VERY RUDE & EXPLAINED TERMS & CONDITIONS THAT WERE TOTALLY FOREIGN ON MY PORTFOLIO. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY & RECENTLY CONTACTED MOMENTUM & NONE OF THESE TERMS WERE USED PREVIOUSLY. IT WAS CONFIRMED ON MONDAY THAT MY FUNDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS BY THE RUDE EMPLOYEE AND I WOULD BE CHARGED R 100 FOR THE TRANSACTION. AS OF THIS MORNING THE FUNDS DO NOT REFLECT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 48 HOURS. I CONTACTED MOMENTUM THIS MORNING AT 7:35AM & RECEIVED THE SAME DELAYED RUDE RESPONSE. THE MANAGER TSHEPANG SEBOLAI WHO WAS ALSO DUMB FOUNDED & COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE FUNDS WERE NOT REFLECTING. I AM A CUSTOMER AND IF YOU CANT SPEAK, LISTEN TO MY GRIEVANCE & ASSIST, PLEASE DON’T THINK I"M GOING TO SIT ON THE PHONE WHILE YOU HUMILIATE ME. IT’S CLEAR HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH & WAS INCOMPETENT TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT. I WANT THE R 2,000 THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS WHICH I WAS CHARGED R 100 FOR AS PROMISED 12/2/2018. WHAT TYPE OF A FINANCIAL ORGANISATION DOES NOT DO THE FOLLOWING? WHEN ANSWERING OR CONSULTING WITH A CLIENT DOES NOT PROVIDE FULL NAME AND SURNAME OF THE CONSULTANT? DOES NOTE PROVIDE A REFERENCE FOR THE CALL? REFERENCE & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE TRANSACTION? DELAY OF PAYMENT AFTER CHARGING THE CLIENT FOR THE TRANSACTION ? A USELESS ORGANISATION THAT TREATS CLIENTS AS IF THEY DOING YOU A FAVOUR! I NOW AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE AS TO HOW MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED AND AWAIT MY FUNDS & REFUND FOR THE DELAYED TRANSACTION!
