AAA Electrical and Plumbing

This company came to fetch a Russel Hobbs gas stove from my premises in order to fix the door. After a week and several phone calls they eventually returned the stove still with the broken door. They took the base plate with them in order to find the correct hinges for the stove door. Two weeks and several phone calls later they still have not fixed the door or returned the base plate in spite of us asking them to return the part so that we can resolve the issue ourselves. After speaking to them again this morning, they said we must fetch the part ourselves. Please do not use this company. They are incompetent and arrogant when you ask them to return the parts that they took.
