Do NOT use these people

I hired them to move me from a flat to a house. First, they insisted I needed a \shuttle"to get my stuff from the flat to the truck. So i paid for one. It turns out the \""shuttle\"" is a small truck. Which parked outside with the big truck. They brought NOTHING to take stuff to the truck from the flat. No trolleys or anything. Then they arrived two hours late. They were so slow because they didn't bring anything to move the stuff to the truck"
