<p>I was not able to call my insurance and get them to send out a plumber when my tenants reported that the geyser was not working. I advised them that they should call a plumber themselves and that I would claim from insurance. I was sent a bill for R2850 to replace the thermostat and the element. when I claimed from insurance, they only refunded me R1234. when I called AAA to find out why their rates were so much higher, I got through to the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. she hung up on me every time I asked to speak to a manager. please do not use this company. I have never received such expensive and bad service in my life.</p>
