They service all of Joburg and Tshwane. They go by various aliases AA Electrical but always indicate Electrical and Plumbing. Chose them because of NO CALL OUT FEE. They were supposed to replace an oven element. Said it was three switches on DB board tripping the oven. When they left and we turned the oven to its maximum there was a FIRE on the bake oven element. They refuse to take responsibilty. They refuse to give a refund. Use different names to advertise in REKORD local suburban newspapers. Use : AA Electrical 082 622 2150 012 023 1236 011 440 1622 082 622 2150 084 866 0744 Invoice indicates AJ fast electrical and plumbing. They will make your problem worse in order to scam you!! DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR PROPERTY!!

AAA Plumbing Advert . No call out fees, Free Quotes. Plumber arrives at house get shown where the damp is coming from , he says we need to take the tiles out your shower and damp seal that piece of wall ( We do not put tiles back) Quotation R13000.00 I call the land line number some obnoxious women answer I explain who I am she says yes I'm aware of the nature of this call. I said look that's an astronimocal amount to remove my wall tiles in the shower and paint on damp seal she says that's how it is. I say well we won't be accepting your free quotation, she says no her plumber had to look for the problem (after being shown the problem) now she is going to charge us R450 quotation fees after an argument over her add saying free quote. I said well then you will have to get your lawyer to send me a letter to pay this (free quotation) She laughs and laughs and says you not worth it and slams the phone down.... I cannot believe there are companies operating like this . Totally shocked (scam artists)

<p>To Describe my experience with this company is difficult as I feel I cannot use the words I should be using towards them.</p> <p><br />I personally called this company on the 2nd of February 2017. To fix a leaking pipe at my residence.</p> <p>I was then requested to make a payment of R 6000.00 for their services, which I immediately did an EFT for.</p> <p>By the time the plumber was done, the payment had still not reflected on their side. The company refused to let the plumber leave without payment, which is what any company would request.</p> <p>I then had to make another payment, which went off immediately, later on this afternoon, the immediate payment I made earlier was deducted from my bank account, so I landed up paying this company double. R12000.00.</p> <p>Almost straight away I informed the plumber and the company of my double payment. I was assured by this company's staff that I should not panic as they are a big company and will not be going anywhere and that my money will be refunded back to me. They told me the payment would take place on a friday the 10th of Feb 2017 , because this is when the company does their weekly payments. I agreed to wait thinking my money would be refunded, what a big mistake.</p> <p>After waiting a week the payment was still not made. I received no feedback as to why my refund was delayed. I phoned the following week, feeling very frustrated and spoke to a manager. He assured me that half the accounts department was not at work Friday 10th of February 2017. he assured me the payment would be made on friday 17th of Feb 2017. I waited until friday and still nothing. So I phoned back the following week to follow up, as it seemed this company could not do a simple follow up on their side.</p> <p>The staff were rude and arrogant towards me, giving me different stories each time I inquired about my refund, I was told by staff that they are a big company and they take long to do refunds. Now I own my own company so from experience my customers are always paid on time, no matter what the problem is the customer always comes first. No matter how big or small a company is.</p> <p>Today is the 09 March 2017, and I have still not received an updates or feedback, I have had to get my bank involved with doing a reversal as this company is not interested in paying me my refund of R 6000.00 back after a month of waiting and running after their staff.</p> <p>This money does not belong to AAA Plumbing and Electrical, it is known as fraud.</p> <p><br />After fighting with AAA staff I received a refund form this was two weeks ago and yet no money has been paid into my account.</p> <p><br />It is unacceptable to have been treated the way I have and I am not interested in dealing with this companies rude staff, or their many stories they seem to collaborate. I had no problem paying them for their service, but now that they owe me money they think they can just keep it and get away with it, I am assuring you this is not the case and I will pursue legal action against them if they do not sort this issue out. I am done being patient and being told to wait for my money. It is disgusting how a company can treat their customers, when at the end of the day we are paying for their service.</p> <p><br />I usually do not believe in bad mouthing companies as I know we all need to make money, but after waiting a month and a few days, without any follow up or feed back has worn my patience, and I feel this should be made public incase they have done this to anyone else. Or try to attempt to this this to any more customers.</p> <p><br />I would not recommend this company as they are money greedy and have terrible service.</p>

<p>The 2nd of February 2017, I had to call this company out to my residential address to fix a burst pipe.</p> <p>They did a good job replacing the pipe with a working one and installed a water meter as well.</p> <p>I then had to make a payment of R 6000.00 which I did while the plumber was still busy. For a new benfinciary it takes 1 to 2 hours for an immidiate payment to go through. When the plumber had finished the payment had still not reflected into the companies account. The plumber would not leave until the payment reflected. I had to do another payment into this companies account which went through. Later on the imiddiate payment I made deducted from my account, So I landed up double paying this company. Immidiatly I informed the plumber and the company. The lady I spoke to assured me they would refund me R 6000.00 on friday the 3rd of February 2017. After friday had come and gone, monday morning I phoned the company again to find out what the problem was. I was then informed that half the staff were not there on friday the 3rd. I decided to let it go and wait for the next friday the 10th of February 2017. Friday once again came and went, with no update from the company or any explination as to why they stil had not made the payment after two weeks.</p> <p>Again I phoned this company, I spoke to a lady who was very arrogant on the phone, after then speaking to a manager, I was promised that he would sort this issue out. He assured me the accounts department would call me back. I waited for Two days before anyone phoned me, a lady by the name of Fernande in the accounts department phoned me the 14th of February 2017 assuring me she would send me the refund form I needed to fill in and email back to her in order for her to do the payment of R 6000.00 back into my account. </p> <p>After waiting two days and still had not recieved the refund forms I phoned back. I was given attitude from the staff, informing me that they are a big company so it usally takes them a month to refund money, ofcourse I was flabigasted because not even Telkom takes this long to refund you money. The lady then kept interrupting me each time I voiced my frustration, she then assured me that an accounts lady by the name of Amanda would send me the forms. I put the phone down feeling annoyed that this companies staff was rude and told me that I must wait a month for my R 6000.00. This is not how a company should be run, and I know this because I too work for a large IT company and all our refunds are done in 7 days.</p> <p>An hour later I had still not recieved the refund forms so once again I had to run after this companies staff, I emailed Amanda and asked for the forms. Amanda then told me she would send them later in the afternoon or friday morning. which I found very unprofessional and unacceptable. I recieved the refund forms fllled them out and emailed them back to Amanda. I got no reply as to when my money would be refunded, and again another friday passed where I had recieved no notice of payment from this company.</p> <p>Tomorrow is the 27th of February 2017 and this week will be a month that I still have not recieved my money, each time I phone I am given a different excuse or they will take my number and get a manager to call me back, which has never happened.</p> <p>I am now done listening to excuses and will be taking this furthur, especially after the way I was spoke to on thursday the 23rd of February 2017, with no respect, kept getting spoken over, the lady had attitude telling me its not their fault and in actual fact its mine, which is redicuolse that I am getting blamed because this comapny is commiting fraud by not paying money bak. I was also informed that I am no the only person waiting for money, so now my question is how many other people have not recieved their money from AAA Plumbing and Electrical?</p> <p>I am dissopointed with this companies customer service and will not recomend them to anyone, I amyself will never use them again. I usally do not post about bad customer service online, but this company deserves it after all I have been put throough, also after receiving every excuss under the book as well. </p> <p>Luckily I have all the phone calls recorded as well as emails, to prove that this comapny AAAPlumbing and electrical are not interested in paying me my money back instead they would rather keep it for them selves and tell me I will wait as long as it takes to get my money. Unfortunitly this is not how a company is run and I wil be getting legal advice as to what I can do in order to take this furthur.</p> <p> </p>

<p>There was a fire accident in the kitchen, wiring was damaged and no lights, then I found AAA electrical from google, phone them and being informed by Alex that the inspection fee is R 1500, quite costly but want to get things done quicker, so accepted the quote. The electrician then came two and a half hours later to do the inspection, briefed him of what happened, he done with the inspection and said the office will phone me to provide a quote for the work need to be done. An hour later got a quote from Alex again for R 9900 to change two adaptors and rewiring, I also accepted the quote since they promise they can have the job done quick and with COC provided. Electrician came later again on the second day, few hours later they stopped working and advice me they done with the job, insist on payment right in front of them, but nothing has been fixed, not even the lights can be switched on. The office then called me saying if i want to get the light back, need to re-quote me over and above the R 9900 because the electrician only found out later that the DB board was also damaged, I refuse to pay anything extra, then they left the premise with wire dangling all over and never done the rewiring. Then I called another electrician recommended by a friend, he came and checked AAA just changed the timer for me, and was not even connected, that damn thing costs me R 9900!!! So guys please never use their service!!!</p>

<p>I was not able to call my insurance and get them to send out a plumber when my tenants reported that the geyser was not working. I advised them that they should call a plumber themselves and that I would claim from insurance. I was sent a bill for R2850 to replace the thermostat and the element. when I claimed from insurance, they only refunded me R1234. when I called AAA to find out why their rates were so much higher, I got through to the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. she hung up on me every time I asked to speak to a manager. please do not use this company. I have never received such expensive and bad service in my life.</p>
