MASSMART more like MASSART in taking your hard earned money! Purchased a new Pool Cleaner R946,00 from Builders Warehouse Sunninghill, asked the teller if it does not work can I return for refund? yes sir,,, (reason I asked is it is a new make on the market) surprise surprise it does not work at all! this was 5pm so I re packed and returned the following morning, asked for cash back as I need to try Makro etc, as Builders has no other brand, Lady advised they cannot give me cash has to reverse on the credit card, I advised the teller did not tell me that when I asked if i can return for refund, gave me the slip and advised I go to the teller / supervisor. Teller & Supervisor confirmed as I used C.Card they can only reverse it takes +- 7 working days for the refund, i said not acceptable as I cannot wait 7 days to buy a new pool cleaner? and I need the cash back, Supervisor (very abrupt & rude) simply says thats their policy, so I asked where is a sign indicating this? she says teller should have told me, so I advised I asked the teller as it was a new product can I return for full refund, she said yes, Supervisor simply says sorry not her fault and reversed the amount on my C card. I asked for the store manager she just points t o the centre of the store and says go there! I explained to the manager (they know me as I shop there weekly) my situation and he says the Supervisor should have called him and he would have give me the cash refund,,,,,, well now THEY have my money for 7 days earning interest on my MONEY!!!!!!!!!! I have been shopping there for over 10 years!!!!! never again I will go support MICA from now on,,,,,,,,,,,,
SASOL RIVONIA Suspect of credit card copying and purchasing goods on my card! I suspected my card had been copied from Sasol Rivonia, they have confirmed via camera the attendant seems to write something on his hand when taking my credit card, but according to SASOL no enough evidence, although the attendant has not returned to work since then. Mohammed the garage owner says "he does not speak to clients" Thanks to SASOL HQ becoming involved it SEEMED (I say seemed) Mohammed would change his attitude, as I fill up 4 vehicles there every week or 2nd week, I offered SASOL an opportunity for Mohammed to redeem himself, my suggestion was I meet with Mohammed on site Sat am between 11 - 12pm and he offer me a half cost as part of the apology and inconvenience caused, Mohammed agreed and the meeting was set. SAT I arrive twice at SASOL RIVONIA 11am - and again 11,30am NO MOHAMMED,,,, manager says he does not know if he is coming in. I get home and complain to SASOL HQ - then COINCEDENTLY Mohammed sends sms - running late we meet closer to 12pm, no pone call - no apology!!!!! I have given SASOL 2x opportunities to come to the party here,,,,,ll I get are empty promises DO NOT FILL UP AT SASOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do NOT fill up your vehicles at SASOL RIVONIA ROAD, the owner Mohammed tells the teller and Manager "I do not talk to clients" tell him to phone Sasol HQ. I drive a Diesel so I fill up there every weekend to get the discount on Diesel. I fill up 4 vehicles there twice a month and have been doing so for a couple of years now. 4 petrol attendants has left working there and are now working at a Sasol garage (not far from Rivoia one) speaking to them will open your eyes! I am not permitted to say the reason as yet but there is a HUGE INVESTIGATION going on! All I can suggest is to WATCH when you give your card for PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>do NOT take your vehcle to Fury SANDTON - they ripp you off R6100,00 for a Mazda 2 60000km service - skim front discs only and front brakes only,,,,then when you collect your vehicle they (which is fine) leave all the old parts in a bag in the boot, ONLY TO FIND an important part they removed and FORGOT to re-fit,,,,was also in the bag with old parts to be discarded, fortunatley I realised this is not a part to be thrown away,,,I also requested they replave the key battery,,, DID NOT DO,,, when I went back service manager simply says (once I showed the image of the part) bring the vehicle back, NO APOLOGY NON AT ALL!!!!! and the key battery? oh I forgot to add on Job Card,,,ONCE AGAIN NO APOLOGY,,,,,</p>
<p>Let me start by saying the PEUGEOT Fourways Dealership obviously doe NOT require any additional NEW sales, I walked into the dealership 2:09pm - until 2:27pm - NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE!</p> <p><br />As you walk in there is a WHITE Peugeot 2008 (Automatic) on the left hand side.<br />I opened all the doors - boot - bonnet to inspect the vehicle.</p> <p><br />There is a gentlemen sitting at his desk just behind the vehicle on the left hand side, he looked at me, merely looked down again at whatever papers he was busy with.</p> <p><br />I proceeded to walk to the other end of the dealership, there is a lady sitting in her office, also looked at me,,,,and carried on looking down at her laptop.</p> <p><br />I noticed a lady upstairs through the glass windows and indicated to her with my hand in the air - she simply turned away,,,,,</p> <p><br />WOW - BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!!! I was about to sign for the Mazda CX5 but when I saw their ad on Facebook I wanted to have a look, and I really LIKED (past tense now) what I saw with the Automatic Version.</p> <p><br />But I will NOT support a Brand whom treats clients in this manner,,,,,, you have just lost a DEFINATE sale - so I proceeded back to Mazda Sandton and ordered the NEW Mazda Cx5.</p> <p><br />GOOD luck I will be telling all my colleagues - fam - friends about your fantastic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Bruma Finace keeps sending SMS from 5am on WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE E.MAILED THEM AND NO RESPONSE,,, there is NO STOP option on the SMS to OPT OUT!</p> <p>WHo can I report them to in order to prevet them from send me the same sms every second day???????</p>
<p>DO NOT ENTER THIS BAR IF YOU ARE ENGLISH AND NOT AFRIKAANS,,,,the owner has to be the most grumpy unmannered human being we have ever had the unpleasure of meeting!!!! I had frequented the Bar on numerous accasions in the past,,, and as a family we have spent a considerable amount of our hard earned cash in the BAR / RESTAURANT. Friday 5 August 2016 we arrived in Leeupoort just after 6pm, the shop / bottle store was closed, went to the Leeukrans Bar and ordered a couple of beers, we asked the barman if it was possible to purchase some ice as we had arrived late due to traffic. He said I must wait for the owner, which I did, the owner arrived and greeted us all in afrikaans, we all greeted him, and because we greeted him in english he emphersized his greeting again in afrikaans, which was fine by us. I asked if we could buy some ice & he said I must read his license, (which we could not as it is an A4 stuck on his fridge.) I asked if we could loan some ice and he said yes we could look at that. +- 10 minutes later an afrikaans client arrived and said it is their first time at Leeupoort, asked if he could purchase some wood as they also arrived late and the shop was closed, the owner advised the barman to ring up 4 bags wood under miscelaneous on the till and helped the afrikaans client. I paid for the beers we had & asked if I could please now borrow some ice, the owner simply looked at me and said I do not even know you why must I borrow you ice? I was rather confused as he had just helped another client who he had also never met before, I reminded the owner that we holiday at Leeupoort every year and we support the Bar & Restaurant when we are there, he simply said "ek ken jou nie" so I thanked him and said good evening and we left, needless to say we did NOT eat at the restaurant on this trip, I personally feel it was due to the fact we are english speaking South Africans, thus the attitude,,,,as he was super friendly to the afrikaans client, I was super embarressed in front of my son & his girlfriend with the owners attitude, and we will NEVER visit Leeukrans Restaurant & Bar again.</p>

I have been with Mutual & Federal for over 12 years and I have always raved about their service in the past, WELL NO MORE!!!!! we had a huge storm a MONTH ago in JHB & I am still waiting for M&F to sort out the damages etc, They send me a list of contractors and NOT ONE contractor on their list were what we required, I get told to find a contractor,,,,then they say as they NOT ON THEIR LIST they will pay me & I must pay the contractor, a MONTH LATER and still no payments!!! their excuse???? they have centralized their accounts etc,,,, and we must be patient!!! well January 2016 BYE BYE M&F after 12 years!!!
