I was assisted by Sizwe at Fury Mazda Midrand to buy my first car. All I can say is what a great service!? He is very friendly to work with and professional. Even though there were hiccups here and there due my circumstances at work but he made it all possible. I am grateful to the entire team as well for their efforts and making my dream a reality.

If you ever require any services from the repair department, ensure that you avoid Udeshan Moodley. Communication from him is telepathic! I dropped-off my vehicle on Friday, 6 March for work to be completed on Saturday. The dealership opened and closed, but I never heard a word from this "service consultant". Fury Mazda Sandton should be shut-down.

I am wanting to buy a new mazda 2. I got 3 quotes from 3 dealerships, only to find out ON MY OWN, that there is a new spec model imminent!!! How could they NOT tell me? Who wants to buy an outgoing model????? I want to now know if the new model is due in December 2019, as is speculated?

I had cancelled Fury Mazda Woodmead offer due to unsatisfactory service, however, I kept receiving multiple emails and SMS's from Mazda with "congratulations on the purchase of new Mazda 3". I've never bought the car and to receive almost 5 emails/SMS for a service that never been agreed on is depressing. If you could stop sending these "claims" and remove my contacts from your buyer's list, will appreciate that. Professor Irhuma

I took my car in at Mazda Woodmead for a Gearbox Mounting and they told me that they will have to first do a diagnosis of the car, which i understood. I Dropped of my car at 7:00 am on the 26th April 2018, at 10:00 am i called to find out on the diagnosis and if they have started working on my car and i was informed that they have not had a chance to work on my car. I then called at 2 to find out what the hold up was with my car and i was told that they are only doing the diagnosis at 14:00 pm, I then inform them that they have to collect me as i was knocking off at 15:00 and seeing that they have not done anything to the car i will collect it as is, i received a call at 14:30 to say that they needed to do the Gearbox mounting on the car, i then requested that they go ahead with and at that point i was told that they don't have parts and i will just get a diagnosis report of the car. I again requested to be collected and that didn't happen, i had to personally get a lift to the dealership and when i got there they were not even apologetic about the service that they have give me. I was informed that they will send me the diagnosis report that i still have not received to date. Furthermore to that, i found that the kilometers on my car and petrol had been different from the time i dropped off my car, it was then evident that because my car was not coming for a service they made use of it for their own reasons thus i couldn't get a report as nothing was done to my car. I must say the staff at the dealership are not friendly and not sure what the purpose of the dealership is outside wasting our time and money. They took advantage of the fact that i am a young woman, i was previously advised that the dealership is bad but i gave them a chance and they proved themselves right that they are useless and prey on their customers. I am very angry at this experience and more over the fact that they didn't respect my car and used it for only then know what

do NOT take your vehcle to Fury SANDTON - they ripp you off R6100,00 for a Mazda 2 60000km service - skim front discs only and front brakes only,,,,then when you collect your vehicle they (which is fine) leave all the old parts in a bag in the boot, ONLY TO FIND an important part they removed and FORGOT to re-fit,,,,was also in the bag with old parts to be discarded, fortunatley I realised this is not a part to be thrown away,,,I also requested they replave the key battery,,, DID NOT DO,,, when I went back service manager simply says (once I showed the image of the part) bring the vehicle back, NO APOLOGY NON AT ALL!!!!! and the key battery? oh I forgot to add on Job Card,,,ONCE AGAIN NO APOLOGY,,,,,

I am not happy with the service received by Fury Mazda Sandton (Witkoppen Road). I took my car in for service on Friday, 3rd of March. Mazda calls me and quotes me on the service and then tells me to that my brake pads needs to be changed and the brake pads will come to R5000. So the total service, when calculated by myself would have come to about R8000 some change (definitely less than R9000). Madza then calls me to tell me that the car is ready for pick up and the total amount due is R9000 (some change). I was suprised because this did not amount to what I calculated. I bring it up with the consultant at Mazda when picking up my car and I had to bring to her attention that she did not quote the value with VAT as this is very misleading to customers. She did not do anything about it. I was very unhappy about this because you arrive to pay and then you paying more. Consultants to quote the correct value. In addition, it appeared as half my car was washed. There were handprints on the front bonnet. Today, 6th of March, I open my boot to find some boxes in the boot. I have no idea what this is and this was not explained to me by the consultant. Extremely dissatisfied with their service!

Hi,

So I found a car on Autotrader that I was interested in. Sent an email enquiring about the vehicel and within the hour a salesman by the name of Cedric Lelong responded.

He gave me a full breakdown of the vehicle, even sending me extra pictures and details about the car. I needed as much info as possible as I was going to come from Cape Town up to JHB. He was prompt, professional and constantly kept me updated with everything pertaining to the deal.

I arrived at the dealership on the agreed day, to find the car in exactly the condition as he said it was. All the paperwork was in order and ready to be signed, car had a valet done, temporary plates on the car. Everything taken care of unlike lazy, shady and unprofessional salesmen I've dealt with in the past.

7months later I'm still enjoying the Honda Accord he sold me, he even sorted me out super quick when it came to reimbursing me the car's license fees and numberplates cost I had to take care of when I registered the car down here in Cape Town.

All in all, Cedric and Mimi Mahlong (from finance) was a pleasure to deal with.

Thanks Guys!

Zain
