Mtn fibre. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for my fibre installation!!!! 8 emails asking for a manager to call me!! I am STILL waiting!!!! Mtn have no clue what customer service is!@!
Bought items online. Makro staff promised me the courier will call me an hour before. They didnt.. just arrived!!! I wasn't there!!!!

Unprofessional. Simeone committed ***** on my MTN account which MTN have now admitted. When MTN handed it to HP attorneys, they told me ro pay R4400, DESPITE me sending them a police affidavit stating that i knew NOTHING of this *****ulent activity on my account. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly response from HP attorneys!!!!! They did not even have the decency to call me and talk to me?!
Driving in Umhlanga today,Friday 22nd Aug, at 1.05pm, a SA home loans vehicle, registration number SAHOME LOANS 53, was driving extremely fast and recklessly around tbe village. I tried to keep up to video the vehicle, but it was going FAR to fast to keep up with! SA home loans drivers should drive with courtesy and respect, UNLIKE this driver!!!
I fill up at BP garages to qualify for a free model car. I have been to BP La lucia FOUR TIMES to collect my car, only to be tol each time that there is no stock?! BP, DO NOT RUN PROMOTIONS IF YOU HAVE NO PRIZES!!!!!
I went to upgrade my MTN contract only to be told that someone had committed ***** on my account by taking out a contract in my name online, a YEAR AGO!. I was told that i had been blacklisted?! MTN did not have the decency to let me know, and neither did the lawyers thst had blacklisted me, on behalf of MTN. Even though i had NOTHING to do with this *****, i had to go to a police station and write out an affivavit, and email it to MTN. Apparently i must now wait on MTN to clear my name?! What a cheek! It is MTN systems that have allowed the ***** to take place, in my name! They should apologise, and clear my name immediately!! I no longer trust MTN, and advise the public not to deal with them! Shocking customer service!!!
