Always receive the best service from Saudiq! If i walk into the store and he's busy with another client, i have no issue waiting 20+ minutes for him to be available. As i know he takes his time with his clients making sure all questions are answered and any concerns addressed. Recently i dealt with Andre, i was a bit sceptical that he would not be as knowledgeable as Saudiq, but i was pleasantly suprised! Also displaying the same level of professionalism and efficiency as my usual go-to guy. And that is the main reason why i keep returning to Orms, because of them. If Orms is out of stock of a specific item, Saudiq and Andre go extreme lengths to source the item. And i will have it the next day!! Props to you guys!

Hi,

So I found a car on Autotrader that I was interested in. Sent an email enquiring about the vehicel and within the hour a salesman by the name of Cedric Lelong responded.

He gave me a full breakdown of the vehicle, even sending me extra pictures and details about the car. I needed as much info as possible as I was going to come from Cape Town up to JHB. He was prompt, professional and constantly kept me updated with everything pertaining to the deal.

I arrived at the dealership on the agreed day, to find the car in exactly the condition as he said it was. All the paperwork was in order and ready to be signed, car had a valet done, temporary plates on the car. Everything taken care of unlike lazy, shady and unprofessional salesmen I've dealt with in the past.

7months later I'm still enjoying the Honda Accord he sold me, he even sorted me out super quick when it came to reimbursing me the car's license fees and numberplates cost I had to take care of when I registered the car down here in Cape Town.

All in all, Cedric and Mimi Mahlong (from finance) was a pleasure to deal with.

Thanks Guys!

Zain

Hi All,

As the title states, my new card was sent to the couriers on the 16th-17th February 2017. Nedbank suggested I collect it at my nearest branch to which I agree after they inform me it is guaranteed to arrive in 3 business days (which is quicker than face-to-face delivery). I work within in walking distance of the branch I selected as the delivery point.

Today is the 28th February 2017 which is 8 business days later and to this point I'm still waiting on my card and not a single sms or phone call has been received providing me with an update or reason why there is a delay. I have been calling them for the last 3 days, and with every call they keep reassuring me that issue has been escalated. But the next day I call in, still there has been no escalation marked on their system.

The service has been appalling and a frustrating ordeal, and here I was considering moving my cheque account to them as well. No way will I do that if this is the way clients are treated.

When I called they informed me that the card is with the distribution centre, for nearly 2 weeks?? I think they need to find a other courier/distribution service.

I'm quite annoyed at this point.

I trust this post reaches them and the delivery of my card can finally be actioned.

Thanks

Hi,

I am completely annoyed to say the least. I am being billed an additional R1,084 an top of my monthly subscription. For what? Because sms notifications are enabled on the MyTracker site for my profile. This was the main selling point the salesman pitched when I signed up. No mention was made to make it clear that if this function is enabled that it would incur additional costs!! Even when i went to investigate on the MyTracker site, still no notification was given of some sort or disclaimer when this function was activated.

In my opinion this is just a sleezy way of squeezing money out of unsuspecting clients. I've been a client of tracker for many years and have never had issues with regards to transparency and billing. This has caught me completely off-guard and I'm not impressed to say the least.

zain

Hi, I get the worst service from the Mitchells Plain, Promenade branch.

With regards to Jordan sneakers, I was informed that staff are no longer allowed to set goods (specifically Jordans) aside for customers. So if you really want it you need to get up early.

Saturday 05.09.15 the Jordan 9 Anthracite released, I got to the store at 8:40 they open at 9:00, there was no queue outside. So I was one of the first to be there. As soon as the doors open I was through and straight to the shelf. I was literally the first person through the door and the first person at the shelf. Fit on, i'm happy. Make my way to the counter to pay. There are 2 people already in the Q, and their Jordans were handed to them from behind the counter. So their sneakers were put aside with their names labelled on the boxes. From what I could tell, they were friends of the employees. So they get the privilege of their sizes being put aside in the event it get it gets sold out. I questioned the staff and they blatantly denied it and got stroppy. I was not in the mood to argue.

Sportscene is my first choice for sneakers but the attitudes and how they treat customers are disgusting!!
