Sportscene at Carnival Mall has the best service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and they go the extra mile to make sure you find exactly what you need. It’s honestly one of the best places to shop great service every time. 🙌Thanks to Sello and Nokuphiwe for making sure I get what I want

I would like to commend Lamar, whom I believe is the store manager (Menlyn Park), for his exceptional service. He is one of the most humble and helpful individuals I have ever encountered. I needed a receipt that was difficult to locate, but Lamar went above and beyond, working tirelessly to ensure I received a copy. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Lamar deserves recognition for his efforts - Sportscene is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. In my opinion, he more than deserves a raise

Sport scene in Boksburg, I Opened a TFG account from them the guy who assisted me added alot of bunch things without asking me. When i studied my account something was not adding up and I ended up going to another branch in the same mall (strand mall) and I enquired the lady who assisted me told me what the problem is and helped me to call the centre which deals with the matter of my concern. The person in the line promised to cancel unnecessary stuff and further said they will do the maths from the day I started paying for what I never agreed upon and work it off from my current balance. Guess what ?? Nothing has changed…. I’m call for help!!! Sportscene at Eastrandmall!. Im

During my visit to the Sportscene I was assisted by a woman Phumla Phewa @Sportscene, Pavilion Mall, whose service was exceptional from start to finish. she patiently and clearly explained the different services as a new account holder, helping me understand my options with ease. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and loving in her approach, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a Sportscene in Hammarsdale. They opened magazine subscriptions in my name without my permission and then charged me for them. When I tried to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I called multiple times and they didn’t answer. After finally getting through, they only reduced the charge slightly and still expected me to pay the remaining balance, despite the fact that I never authorised the service. Their customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be careful and double-check any charges they apply to your account.

To whom it may concern. I went to return adidas slides today at sport scene pavilion that were bought for my by my wife in December. I work in Jhb and returned this week for her birthday and Valentine’s Day to my surprise she bought me the slides as a gift. Unfortunately due to the previous quality of the slides that I bought that did not last a month I said I will return them and buy a soccer jersey from total sport. When I went to the store they refused to give me a cash refund or return the money back to my partners card because we returned after “30 days of purchase” yet I clearly stated that the same slides that I bought from sport scene last year did not last a month. So I refuse to pay that amount for poor quality. Can I be assisted please

I have a complaint about an employee working at Sportscene Church Street (PMB) i could not get her name because she did not had a name tag on her , Saturday of the 31st January I was in the store buying goods for my children she shouted at me like I was a small child. ' Move there the floor is wet' I told here she must not use that tone towards me and she continued as if she wanted to fight with me politely I requested the manager to assist and both of them there was gone on the floor without informing me on what was going on I stood there waiting until I left .
