I reported a faulty convection oven in February this year. Donnie collected the oven and returned the oven, with a cash payment made of R1 500 and I received a 6 month guarantee.
A week later I reported the same problem and the oven went in again.
The same problem was again reported in June. The oven was never collected for repair and communication was sent to info@aaarepair.co.za on the 17th and 20th of June, after several telephonic and WhatsApp communcation.
The work ethics and professionalism of this company are seriously in doubt and due to the lack of customer service I refuse to entrust my appliances in their care and demand a full repayment of R1 500 in cash.
I will definitely not recommend this business at all.
