****mers. Collected our washing machine. Told me that the gearbox must be replaced. Did not fix the leak I originally called them out for. Paid nearly 3 thousand for nothing, because when I called out another company to fix the leaking they informed me that the gearbox was never replaced. Ignoring my messages after delivery.... Do not use....ever!!!

I reported a faulty convection oven in February this year. Donnie collected the oven and returned the oven, with a cash payment made of R1 500 and I received a 6 month guarantee. A week later I reported the same problem and the oven went in again. The same problem was again reported in June. The oven was never collected for repair and communication was sent to info@aaarepair.co.za on the 17th and 20th of June, after several telephonic and WhatsApp communcation. The work ethics and professionalism of this company are seriously in doubt and due to the lack of customer service I refuse to entrust my appliances in their care and demand a full repayment of R1 500 in cash. I will definitely not recommend this business at all.

They sent a crew to assess our washing machine that kept tripping the power. They said the motor was damaged and would need to be replaced. After taking the machine away "fixing it" and charging us for a new motor, they bought the machine back. The machine is still causing the DB Board to trip. They are not answering their phones and we cannot get hold of them to come back and fix the machine properly like we paid for.
