Scammers

<p>I knew we shouldn't have called just by looking at the company name.</p> <p>Seems like they're used to getting a bad review so here's another one.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks ago our switchboard kept tripping when we turned the geyser on and we couldn't get hot water. We called these guys, and they fixed it for 2000 Rand. Way to steep as we usually pay between 1000 and 13000 for it, but anyway, give em a chance right?</p> <p> </p> <p>Cool. Two weeks down the line we saw no progress and decided to give them a call. They sent 3 people this time to come do the job (not sure why as it only needed 1 person). They replaced the heating element because he said it needed to be (without consulting us first), which was lies because last year September I had it fixed and it was never broken since. But okay, we continue,  give them a chance right?</p> <p>So that was another 1800 gone. Again, way too steep for such a simple job. And straight after that, they tell us it won't work because the switch is burnt... this is a circle of lies.</p> <p> </p> <p> A near R4000 Rand on services that showed no progress. These guys are informal and are just doing all of this to sip your money on a warm Saturday. I will mention this story further to my circle involved with marketing to bring this company down. We have been taken for granted. </p>
