NAME CHANGERs and SAME SCAM
DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR PROPERTY!! They service all of Joburg and Tshwane. They go by various aliases AA Electrical, AA indoor Electrical, AJ Fast, but always indicate Electrical and Plumbing. Chose them because of NO CALL OUT FEE. They were supposed to replace an oven element. Said it was three switches on DB board tripping the oven. When they left and we turned the oven to its maximum there was a FIRE on the bake oven element. They refuse to take responsibility. They refuse to give a refund. Use different names to advertise in REKORD local suburban newspapers. Use : AA indoor Electrical and Plumbing DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR PROPERTY!! Use many different aliases and numbers: 082 622 2150 012 023 1236 011 440 1622 082 622 2150 084 866 0744 079 577 2228 071 728 0070 They will make your problem worse in order to scam you!! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR PROPERTY!!

Never ever use this Company they rip you totaly off!!!
Not to recommend at all!! Be causes they rip you off! Want to have the money nearly even before finishing the job and you will get overcharged. They are gangsters. We had to replace a timer who got burst in the distribution board, they came more or less in time, checked and we had to replace 2 Timers. They charged me for each Timer incl. 20 Min work R 1895 plus Call out fee od R 385. The wholesale price of a timer is R 370. Do never use this company they are crux!!! And total unfair!! and the guy was not very friendly either. I guess he knew he is going to rip me off, had this guilty face!

Two weeks down the line we saw no progress and decided to give them a call. They sent 3 people this time to come do the job (not sure why as it only needed 1 person). They replaced the heating element because he said it needed to be (without consulting us first), which was lies because last year September I had it fixed and it was never broken since. But okay, we continue, give them a chance right?</p> <p>So that was another 1800 gone. Again, way too steep for such a simple job. And straight after that, they tell us it won't work because the switch is burnt... this is a circle of lies.</p> <p> </p> <p> A near R4000 Rand on services that showed no progress. These guys are informal and are just doing all of this to sip your money on a warm Saturday. I will mention this story further to my circle involved with marketing to bring this company down. We have been taken for granted. </p>

Aaaaaaanother con!!!!'
<p>We didn't have hot water so googled and called this CONPANY. 3 guys came and have a look and said the geyser burst due to power outrage in the area(florida north). One of the guys 'Quinton' gave us a quote of R9350 for a new geyser(R6500)and 'a separate tank to feed geyser(R2650)' that's supposed to protect the geyser. We paid then full amount in cash. The guys came the next day to install the geryser but said they don't have 'the tank' and will come the next day. This was 23 April and it's now 18 may. My husband's been calling this Quinton guy every day and he said 'I'm coming tomorrow' everyday!!!! He never showed!!! Called their office and was told one of the managers will get back to us but never ever did!!! So we got robbed of R2650 as the insurance paid for the geyser </p>

Terrible service
<p>I called out an electrician from this company to inspect a faulty main board at my house. I also asked them to install a few light fittings. They installed the lights and sent me a bill for this and promised to send the report and quote to fix the main board.. I paid but never received my report or quote for the main board even after following up several times with the electrician and the headoffice. I would not recommend this company after terrible service like this.</p>

Bad service with disrespectful people!!
<p>These guys were called due to a leak after my water meter. A young inexperienced guy came and replaced a piece of the pipe but never fixed the leak. Paid him R2,500 for that which was expensive as he used clue around the pipe as well to join it.... When I called back they came and said no, he has photo`s that he fixed it but the thing is that yes the pipe was replaced but the leak was not fixed. The manager told me to get someone else as the money I paid them can only buy a bread and milk anyway. Very disrespectful and I don`t recommend anyone to use them ever for anything at all.</p>

Stay away from this company
<p>So 4 weeks ago I ask them to fit a mixer in my bathroom, the guys says he cannot do that because he cannot get to the taps. After changing my taps on the bath, he then says he can fit the mixer. Trying to get hold of the plumber was a nightmare, I had to eventually call on private number so he would answer. So after 4 weeks I decide to phone the CEO. He tells me they cannot complete the job because I was rude to the plumber, which I never was. I even went out of my way to go buy items he says their supplier doesn't have. Now I am sitting with taps I never asked for, and material I have bought which I will have to ask someone else to complete the job. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. Rather pay the little extra (even though they are not cheap at all) THANK YOU RYAN AND JADE YOU ARE A WASTE OF TIME. </p>
