Struggling to get my certification for training done by AAD. So rather don't use them, waste of money and time. Also no response to emails from this company.

We purchased a 6ton UD Croner from AAD Epping branch in 2017. Took delivery 3 August 2017. This was the first Croner to be sold in CT. We brought this truck in for its 60 000km service on Saturday 17th August and they had to sort out the clutch as well. We were told its driver negligence so we paid the bill of R32k. We took the truck for tyres to IC Steele and was told that they cannot do the alignment as both kingpins need to be replaced. We were told by AAD its out of warranty (by 14 days), and we need to foot the bill. This is a first that a truck at 60 000km needs to have kingpins replaced. This must be a manufacturing problem. As there were no parts available we had to wait for the parts to be imported. This costed us another R20 000 to rent a truck and the bill from AAD was R11 000. The truck was then taken back to be aligned, only to be told that the rim was buckled. IC Steele then put the spare on while the rim was being repaired, only to find that the spare rim was worse. It was oval and not round. This spare has never been used. We were told its a manufacturing fault. We had to pay True Wheel R2400 to repair the rims. After many calls and emails, I was told by AAD that they will see if they could re-imburse some of the money for the kingpin and rim. I have made many calls and emails with no response. No money has been re-imbursed. This is real pathetic after sales service.
