AARTO/JMPD Administrative Failure

I am writing this out of pure frustration. I am a victim of identity theft, and the systemic failure of AARTO and JMPD is currently stripping me of my right to drive.

Despite following every legal procedure, I am stuck in a loop of zero accountability. In December 2025, I discovered four infringements from 2021 (Notices: ***, ***, ***, and ***) for a vehicle that I have never owned or driven. These were issued during a period when my driver's license had been lost and *****ulently used by someone else.
