FINES FROM 2020 - *****?

Hello how does a person try to get hold of AARTO, I received an sms from Jhb Municipality to say I had fines outstanding, these were from 2020. I then investigated with Pay Fine which shows me the fines but I have no visual of the actual fine - how do I know that these are my fines - and when I try and register on the AARTO website with my I.D. it does not register in my initials.

Please advise? AARTO
