I submitted all the documents they need a week ago and I was told I will receive a feedback within 48hours it's been over a week now when I call they keep on saying they will call me back and they don't.

please advise what this is in connection with as we do not deal with tablets nor do we have you listed as a client. We are Abacus Telecomm, a telecommunications company.
