The worst insurance company I have been insured with 1st for women since 2017, I had an accident on the 28th December 2023. I called them and their preferred towing company came to tow the car and I submitted a claim. They rejected it. They are giving me a run around now when I say I want the matter to be escalated.
I submitted all the documents they needed a week ago and I was told I will receive a feedback within 48hours up to now they haven't called me,I keep calling them and they say they will get back to me but they don't.

I had a personal loan with FNB and it was supposed to have stopped debiting end of March 2020 but they have debited me twice, I have tried going to the banking and calling but they keep on telling me it will be reversed to my account. It has been two months now still no response no feedback nothing
